GW just jacked up my account
I was battling through Frostmaw Kinslayer's dungeon, just arrived at level 4 of that forsaken place after maybe two hours up to this point... When I noticed that 3 of the skills on my skill bar were "locked."
Also all of my heroes (dunkoro, olias, acolyte sousuke) were gone. Needless to say I was dead meat at that point.
Something was definitely wrong so I checked my map. Sure enough, I could no longer go to Kaineng or Kamadan.
Yes folks, somehow in the middle of my game, somebody "switched off" my other two campaigns and royally screwed me.
I checked my ncsoft account and sure enough, the items purchased are still listed. I checked my list of heroes and every one is grayed out except hte GWEN ones. And of course, all of my non-Tyria skills are "locked."
Has this happened to anybody else? I bought nightfall and factions months ago. Anybody have any experience contacting support or am I going to be completely screwed the entire weekend with continents I can't go to and characters I can play?
Naturally it HAS to happen at the start of a 3 day weekend...

Trying to. Not having much luck because I keep getting prompted to create a new plaync account.
I already have one and I can check its status.
Right now it just seems like ncsoft is finding every possible way to make me rage.

That's strange, to say the least.
With all that has happened, and, apparently, keeps happening, I'm starting to be afraid to actually play this game, so I won't lose my* account.

Although that was exactly what I wanted to read, let's not hijack nechronius thread to talk about corporate bogus policies.
Nechronius, any strange occurrences before you noticed your account was bugged? Maybe something you did? (not accusing)

When did you buy the pre-order kit? Did you buy it online?
I have a feeling it might have something to do with the bonus trial expiring, but that's just a random guess. Otherwise, contact support, and get your keys out.

Make sure that you have all of your keys with you when dealing with Support. Just keep yourself involved with the process, it's what I did when my account got hacked into.
