"And this one is for Nolani Academy, you aggro-muncher!"
*THWACK*
Damn right.
Oh... and I herohenched Glint. Bring just a few of the right skills and spread the henchiefolk out before picking up the egg and she becomes a walk in the park. Actually getting through all the areas to get to her with the specialist group-build was a bit more awkward though.

Oh yeah, almost forgot.
Going up against Frostmaw with the whole party at 60DP (actually doing the whole thing with 60DP from the 2nd level onwards), get res'd, hit him a few times, die, rinse and repeat, we got him though and I've never been more satisfied with GW then at that moment. Funniest moment was realizing we still had to kill 2 siege wurms to be able to get to the Frostmaw chest

For me it was soloing Kuunavang lol. Well it wasnt really solo, since I had to take the henchies to get there ofcourse.
Then she/he/it started killing off all the henchies. Together with the remaining henchies, we got her down to 50-60% health in the endbattle. Then all my henchies got wiped by her scales. So the rest of her health I had to do solo. It took me about 10-15 mins, but eventually I killed her. ^^

Haha, you got there before me..but it definitely has to be Kanaxai !
Made some good friends doing countless runs of The Deep..I guess the whole experience was a bit of an ordeal from start to finish really...(i.e. getting a 'ferry'..)
Spamming Revealed Enchant like mad and trying to hold him in the corner away from the nightmares! ....Got pretty intense when he was low on health....."kd-eeee!!!!?!" "kill him !! Kill himmmm!11!"
Good times. Room 2 sucks.

Since I solo (without heroes or henchmen) while capturing elite skills, I've had quite a few "epic" battles against bosses.
Some of the more memorable ones...
My W/Mo versus Darda Goldenchief. Trying to interrupt Mark of Protection AND Orison of Healing required insane timing.
My N/Me versus Lyssa's Cursed. Navigating your way around Diversion and Wastrel's Worry (along with Power Block) made this an hour-long fight.
My Rt/E versus Chung, The Attuned. Holy mother...trying to avoid his 300+ damage Lightning Hammers while dodging his Lightning Orbs was an amazing feat. I had to have tried this one at least 30 times.
My R/P versus Tureksin the Delegator. Another fun one, limiting the number of conditions I could apply with his dang Remedy Signet. That and disposing of his Margonite buddies was a challenge.

Glint back in the day when she was tuff and a long battle. Lots of fun....Lich was a push over, so was shiro and abbadon. Glint was the only true boss of GW.

Willa the Unpleasant. It made my first character, a little nooby mesmer, shine. Diversion on orison, felt warm inside.
Last time I killed her I was monking a team with 5 searing flames eles, she went down in 10s, and it wasn't fun.

That bastard heals like nothing else... I'm getting better at killing him now, but when I first encountered him, it took me 2 wipes and well over an hour to take him down because I accidentally aggroed all the patrols around him and had a Dredge Gardener fest going on all around me.

When I went capping, I forgot about patrols and hit 'r' and looked away. I looked back to see three groups of Dredge, a group of Oni, and a Black Moa. Within twenty seconds we wiped. I laughed at myself.

Duncan The Black. The first time we got owned by his monster only skill and his 5,000+ health. The second time we sent Livia in with Spoil Victor and Prot Spirit then we won. I got 2 Onyx Gems and a Deldrimor Armour Remant. I'm so incredibley easy to please.

Without a doubt Abaddon. Not hard at all but it reminded me of fighting Lavos in Chrono Trigger.

:crunch:
Yeah, I'm kind of stubborn when it comes to that sort of stuff. Ice Caves is actually pretty easy to solo up until Darda (except for the Dolyak/Mesmer groups around the initial catapults). Darda + that dang extra Dolyak really made it a pain in the arse, since you have to interrupt both.

Though Prophecies was my second game and I never bothered to beat it until much time had passed, I think the battle against Bonfaaz Burntfur was the best. Not because the mission or boss was remotely difficult, but because it was one of the more symbolic and meaningful events in the game.
With the death of a Charr general, one of the leaders that orchestrated the Searing, the player realizes they couldn't save Rin, and that Ascalon may very well fall one day.
In the minutes after this battle, a major turning point follows, propelling the plot further. It's probably my favorite moment in any Guild Wars to date.
