I still have not put any minis in hom, but I think I might since I also have a main toon.
This way I can display all minis for that toon and then put them on a mule and free the inventory slots out of the other characters.(this is starting to sound like a good idea to me

)

No, I've settled on my "final" character and focusing on HoM unlocks just for my single character. That made it easy which character gets all the mini pets.

If they do make it "account base" I pretty sure Anet will fix all of the customized mini-pets.
I really want the mini-pet HoM to act as the festive hat npc.... and make it account based.

I've focused on a single character since Prophecies (although I unlocked all the prophecies skills with two other characters), so I've just been loading that character up with everything. I've got 15-20 miniatures registered and customised.

id wait to see what type of "perks" you get in gw2 before displaying some of the rarer minis in hom.

unless you plan on selling your minis, why would you not display them? im sure the majority of people have them collecting dust on a mule somewhere anyways.

Exactly. You get no benefit from putting them in HoM now. If when GW2 gets closer and you find out your mini panda provides something awesome in GW2, then you can add them then. Its not like it would be difficult to log in to GW 2 days before GW2 goes live and set up your HoM with all your armor/minis.

waiting until changes are made...I could put a Pig (I have like 10 of those) on there or something but I just haven't yet...

and at this point I haven't made up my mind on whether or not I'm going to get GW2...so it's not driving any of my decisions.

I havn't even bothered putting a pig in, waiting until they change the customisation to account-wide at least...I've got a bunch of different chars I play, and there really is no benefit whatsoever in adding them to the HoM right now.

I've put them in. Since I'm only going to play GWEN with my main, I only need 1 HoM. I can't be bothered playing my other characters in GWEN. I'll need the time to grind for the gwen stuff. Sad, but there's no way I'm grinding titles for 5 pve chars.
