Default New animated weapon and shader...

OK, most of the desired GW:EN weapons use shader effect, they all the have same critical problem.

For example, Voltaic Spear, Embercrest Staff, Astral Staff etc.

The animation only works when your character is STANDING.
The animation stops or becomes not noticable when you're moving, attacking or casting etc... even though your shader quality is set on high.

Not sure if it's a bug, but it's not cool anyway.

This happened a lot with the celestial item "star cloud" animation. It would reset every time your character did the "Am I being stalked?" look-around motion, which was extremely frequently and disrupted the way it looked. After a while trying to appreciate it I just gave up

Do you really notice the animation on a voltaic spear flying through the air anyway?
