Got the pdf... see the form in the pdf.... I fill out the text and send...

Oops that didn't go quite as planned.... error...

Ok I have done this 100 times now... same error...

Well now I can't even get the stupid boxes to appear. And yes, I do have a reason to be angry, there is absolutely no excuse for handing out the same code to more than one person. I just don't want them to have run out before I successfully obtain one of my own, and if I miss out because of all their mess-ups.. there is just no reason for that. None.

exactly -- I'd be patient if I knew I had one coming to me, but I've seen 20 pages in this thread fly by since I posted my first time. In those 20 threads I've seen people keep getting new pets hours after I keep getting sent the same damn used code. That's about 8 hours of additional pets being given out and I'm still locked out, despite trying different computers, redownloading, replying to the used code emails asking for a new one, submitted an support ticket to Anet, everything I can possibly think of.

At this point I think my only hope is that a kind soul will send me a good code. Because I'm at wit's end trying to do things the right way via a horrible system.

ok it doesnt work.

when i run the pdf the data input area is blank, just a white box.

probably a problem with vista (suprise)

tried updating my adobe to the latest version but it still doesnt work.

anyone know how i can get a code?

any help is appreciated.

Keep trying - it's the same issue with trying to get onto the site (it's backlogged).

It took me about 30 times before it finally went through.

It's not a Vista problem; I'm running Vista and I'm able to enter the info.

You've gotta get the latest adobe reader (version 8). I've also heard it mentioned that you need the latest flash player.

Anyway, I finally got a code. After a number of times of getting that damn oops error, I finally got a webpage open up... but it had an error and didn't load (probably to do with their server being overloaded) so I just closed it without much thought and kept trying to fill in the form in the ezine. I figured afterwards that I probably had to do something on that webpage, and should have tried refreshing it, but I got a code emailed to me anyway after five minutes or so. I wonder if I should try get one for my brother and his girlfriend as well...

I've been trying since about 11am today and have yet to get anything to work. I've downloaded the PDF like 100 times and I keep getting "The file was damaged or is an unrecognized format, the file could not be repaired." I'm tired...

I saw this at work but didn’t have time to check it out, I came home and tried it, within 2 minutes I had my mini pet, after that I tried to get one for my second account but have been unsuccessful. Maybe I was lucky enough that when I entered my information the server was up for that minute or so, seem to be dead now; my guess is that if the site isn’t working nether is the form since it is being sent by their servers.

Well that shouldn't be happening. For all the people like you and me who are struggling with unnecessary crap, this is just unfair I've had enough. They've sent me the same code 5 times now regardless of my progressively nasty emails back to them with an attached screenshot showing that the code doesn't work for me. I even copy/pasted and still got the same result. I just want a code that works so I can get my mini and go to bed. Is that too much to ask? I would hope not.
