Seriously, Most skills that are broken in PvP are also broken in PvE. You just dont notice it because monster skill bars are horrible and never make use of overpowerd combo's, and most people in PvE dont take the time to evaluate their build and think to themselves "you know...this is a little too easy."

Of course they don't. It would cut down on their solo farming, elite mission runs, or dancing naked in major cities.

Why would they want to do anything otherwise.....

why not. its more grind to learn 2 completely different skillsets of the exact same supposed skill....

and aparently grind = good.
