This is why I rarly come to GWGuru any more (let alone post here). This community had degenrated into a load ungrateful, selfish jerks who think they can do a better job then Anet but don't have the product to back it up.

NOTE: The above statement does not apply to ALL on Guru. Just that the general trend of new threads on these boards are of the above nature.

Anyway, as has been mentioned before, it's highly likely that you spent less time thinking up a boss name than other people did in creating artwork. Bigger bonus for a bigger job. Simple as that.
