I already randomly help newbies out in town anyway. That's not really anything new.

Last time I think I chose to share it with guildies and make a lil cheddar. Honestly, though not through scamming other people, I'd pick that choice again.

I've gotten about 5-8 minis from friends that aren't really worth anything monetary wise, and even a Bone Dragon back when they were worth a lot more, but I would never sell any of them.

D - Whack that "all chat" toggle (ahh the quiet....so nice)
I inform people when they ask, but 5 minutes later you have a new person spamming "where is the hat guy" and the people you've informed aren't even bothered with trying to help out the new spammers. I may help out for about 30 mins (afking off and on) and then Local Chat is off for the rest of the weekend.

B or C, depending on my mood. I'd probably suspect something fishy, though.
A. Hate runs, hate selling, and typing sentences is easy.
D. Don't know, don't care, don't want to get mixed up in it.
A, minus the naming bit. Maybe. >..>
Chances are, D will be already in effect. Otherwise, it's usually A for the first couple of offenses, and then B.

[QUOTE=Mr. G]EDIT: H & N is honorable and nice - seem to have forgotten that ^^
my answers!
1 - The classic, as you stand around LA you see someone selling a black dye for 100g do you:
B - I would not know the market price, however i would point them to the nearest dye seller, have done so couple of times before. because I was once that noob and no one told me!!!
2 - Due to some evil deeds (your not that H & N are you?) you've been sentenced to 1 days community service - do you:
E - have not done any evil deeds YET.
3 - You find a new and valuable scam going on...what do you do?
E - ask scammer if they are indeed scamming, done that many times and the result is they will disapper from that town, but surely come back later.
4 - Your aunt Sophie (she recovered you'll be glad to know) decided to get you a prezzie fitting of your obsession, a nice Mini Whiptail - do you:
E - Show her my other 2 whippet tail.
Its that time of year again, the twinkle of magic in the eye and the soft whisper of....WHEREZ THE HAT??!? - how do you respond
E- depending on mood, number 1) http://www.guildwars.com and throw in sarcastic remarks - reading is good
number 2) wait for other helpful players to answer, there are always a lot of them during festive time.
number 3) do nothing

1: D ignore it, when he finds out it's worth much more he'll have learned to check prices first
2: D Wich evil deeds, i don't do those, unless you call messing around with the guild leader and his brian obsession a evil deed
3: D After splinter weapon nerf i will no longer support anet, along with armor nerf etc etc
4: A i love mini whiptails, and it's always better then a paperclip (wich did once get for my real birthday )

A-check the trader, I had the common sense to look up prices when I started playing
D-pfft community service
D-don't care enough to do anything about it, not willing to risk the 200$ for all the games scamming.
C-I'll be polite
D-The 'z' in wherez and the multiple !?!?!?! makes me ignore him. Learn to ask in an intelligent way if you want an answer. "Where can you get a hat?" would get an answer from me.

Remember the duped armbraces? When it is too good to be true, it actually might be to good. So all of you that said 1a might actually be banned for doing that. BTW isn´t choosing 1a a scam?

1 - The classic, as you stand around LA you see someone selling a black dye for 100g do you:
C - I've changed my mind on this answer from previous surveys. If I see someone selling an item for an amount well below the established baseline I assume they are running some kind of scam or just being jerks. Like whoever PM's them asking to buy will be told "HA HA HA HA!!! YOU JERK. I'M NOT SELLING FOR THAT PRICE. STOOPID NOOBS!! HA HA HA HA HA!!"
2 - Due to some evil deeds (your not that H & N are you?) you've been sentenced to 1 days community service - do you:
A - I try to answer questions anyways.
3 - You find a new and valuable scam going on...what do you do?
A - Yep, I've got too much of a fairness streak in me. I always want to see the little guy get ahead and the evil doers punished. I'd probably come to Guru and post warnings about the scam.
4 - Your aunt Sophie (she recovered you'll be glad to know) decided to get you a prezzie fitting of your obsession, a nice Mini Whiptail - do you:
B - If I needed a whiptail, I'd keep it. Otherwise I'd sell or give it to someone who wants it.
Its that time of year again, the twinkle of magic in the eye and the soft whisper of....WHEREZ THE HAT??!? - how do you respond
C - Lol, I guess I have a mean streak after all. Hey, if they were stupid enough to ask that question in the first place.....
