No, seriously, get rid of it. It serves no purpose any longer. With no SR from spirits and Jagged Bones retaining its long recharge, there's no way left to build an infinite energy cycle using the original SR mechanic. (And with EotN as the final installment, no new ways are going to come into existence.) Timer or no timer makes no difference in PvP now. And you can't seriously tell me that any pretense of PvE "balance" hasn't been completely given up with the inclusion of skills like Ursan Blessing. It can no longer be argued with a striaght face that "SR was nerfed (partly) for the sake of PvE balance." So, the timer: (1) No longer has any effect on PvP; (2) Has a negative effect on PvE; and (3) Is strongly and almost-universally hated among necromancer players. Get. Rid. Of. The. Timer. Now. Please.

It needs to be. Or at least it needs to be better than what it's been turned into. A small buff to barrage isn't going to compensate for a neutered splinter. Fix the VoD mechanic, fix the NPC AI during VoD, and put splinter back the way it was. Horns needed the same damage nerf as trampling, or at least close to it imo. Good nerfs otherwise. Moar buffs please.

woot @ EW nerf, still not enough, make it recharge 2 mins

woot @ soul reaping not from spirits, now just make it not from minions either soul it will be a balanced mechanic

woot @ sin nerf, tired of instagib sins

barrage buff = wtf?

My first thought: - Good, now they can get rid of the SR timer...we'll see.

Sin changes are a bit harsh, but BLS will promote some different styles of play - fine by me.

There was really no need to mess with Horns and/or Trampling - fixup.

WTB: Pets with bodies to leave behind?

....Someone restrain ensoriki before he kills someone...*nudge* give him back his horns!!

For records this has been asked by many PvPers for months. It kills N/Rt healers, which is pretty bad imo, but it was just imba at giving energy to necros.

Pets not leaving corpses... right... no seriously if you want to kill spiritway, find something else. Dunno nerf barbs to 10 recharge. I don't see what would be the point in keeping the n/rt healers on this team anyway since they don't gain energy. So having to wait for the pet to be dead to actually start raising minions and thus gain energy later on... seems a bit complicated to be.

BLS: making it in line with golden lotus, great.
HoTH: overnerfed imo.
Ineptitude: back to 20r, not bad, still good. "There goes my pve mesmer" lmao.
Barrage: the usual random buff.
Expose: compare to rigor mortis. See my point?
And I'm ok with the WoH change

And and to Kyp Jade: no energy from minions, LOL. then no DF from healing spells plx. no mysticism for non dervish enchants. no fast cast for non mesmer. LOL. get rid of spirit way YES. overnerfing every skill they use NO.

You have to laugh at the SP sin nerfs because they've did their damage and made their mark already over the past [insert big number] months.

All Hero Battles monthly winners abused it to win and it's now that the issue is addressed.

Because PvE people complaining splinter got nerfed and that now rangers are worthless i guess(rofl). I suggest you put down the flat bow and pick up my little friends called d shot and savage shot and use them omg!.

Ghey nerf to necros, can't imagine why I no longer play mine. Used to be my fav, even got obsidian on her, now she's boring as hell to play.

I ditched my pets for pve skills, but still, non exploitable corpses? Are you daft? Please stop RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing with pve that people enjoy just to "balance" pvp that you and Ensign basically agree is dead.
