PS: wow gray, ud think the magazines would be jumping over one another to get your keys, i bought the asura magazine just for the asura, i bet half the people that bought the magazine did.

I think you are really, really unfair with your comments on the support! Perhaps you had a bad experience but that doesn't mean they don't care.
I had many tickets and they were very kind/patient and helpful with me I have only praises for them.
