Yes, don't bother replying to my arguments, just claim I made typos. Anyway, go find an example of bad grammar in my posts; I wrote them in Word, so I don't think there will be any.

I agree. CC online on a reputable or secure site is much safer than a restaurant when the card leaves your sight.

Ok, everyone who doesn't have the BMP seems to have some inane reason why they couldn't get it. For me, I simply had a gift card to gamestop, no credit cards, and parents unwilling to pay when I could essentially get it for free.
But in the end, had I known what the pack was like, I would of found a way to get it, and I'm pretty everyone who didn't get it could of found some way in the apparent 4 months to get it. Hell, on November 28th, after seeing EotN, I still wouldn't have gotten it if I had the chance.
But here A-net is with something truly amazing, as I'm sure everyone here can attest to. I admit my mistake in not getting the pack when I could of, but there seems to be absolutely no reason why it shouldn't be available to everyone. There were tonnes of previous arguments: A-net is here to make money, why give away something for free? Well I am willing to pay for it, it isn't exactly free.
And people saying, well I missed out on the box. Well, not only would the box be undoubtedly worth less than the amount I am willing to pay, but given the chance, if I were to trade you my box, manual and disc for your access to BMP, would you take it? Of course not, we both know which one is more valuable.
People say it was a promotion, and I missed out, citing examples of DVDs and bananas - both of which are still fully available, albeit at a higher price. The only reason left is spite - you have something I don't, and you want to keep it that way. It will in no way harm you, yet you just don't want to see the rest of the community experience some of the greatest skins, and missions in the history of GW.
In conclusion: I payed for EotN - actually more than the on-line store would have cost (40 CDN =/= 30 USD), I'm willing to wait, but it makes no sense to lose out on money and players to lose out on gameplay. /signed.

You need to use Word for spell checking? I take it you're never heard of Mozilla Firefox? It has a spell check built in. It spell checked this entire post, as I typed it.

I didn't mean it as a dig man. Sorry if it came across that way. I genuinely apologize. the point of saying it was that while we disagree on this particular issue the one thing we can both agree on is that this thread will not resolve it and has devolved into something utterly pointless. Again I am sorry about it coming across as a dig or a rib at your expense.

I would like to address this as in an earlier post I stated I could probably figure out a way for anyone to make a viable 'anet approved' payment.
if you are in germany(or just about anywhere on this planet), find the nearest U.S. military post. talk to some of the personnel stationed there. They have Commissaries/Px(s)<----military terms for stores. within those stores, I'll guarantee you there are debit cards available for purchase.
you must remember that being a civilian, you can't access those stores BUT, with a little bit of chit chat, I'm sure you can find some kind soul that will get you a card that will enable you to do the online purchase thing.
-now I don't recommend just handing your cash to just any G.I. you still have to use a little common sense.

So you didn't bother reading through the thread and seeing that because some c**t in Brazil decided to clone my card and spend nearly £18,000 of my money I wasn't able to use the online store?
Here's a bit of friendly advise, read things first before commenting on them. I find it greatly helps in the long run!

This isn't even a discussion, it's a flame fest. People are indulging personal attacks complete with fake pictures...kinda sad imo. Can't we all get along..oh wait, this is Guru, nevermind. Mods can't this be closed already? Nothing constructive, just people sniping.

Why complicate things, if you have Internet access and can play GW you have access to prepaid Credit/debit cards online, yes it might take a week for them to arrive by mail and yes you will have to make a payment by check or bank or even moneyorder. BUT IF YOU HAVE INTERNET ACCESS YOU HAVE ACCESS TO CC no matter where you live.

Like every popular thread, this has gotten out of hand because people feel the need to make fun of others on the internet. Sad, really.
