The 13 hours to beat Mass Effect is like the people who beat Nightfall in 6 hours. Yeah... you can do it. But... you don't even really do anything but the bear minium. Keep in mind somebody beat Baldur's Gate II in 30 miniutes (there is a video on Youtube).
Anyway, on topic. Looks like the update was today and... you can now enter GW:EN as a level 10.
Kinda.... underwhelming. I mean, was this a big complaint before?

I remember that one complaint where it was said that GW:EN only caters to the hardcore players because you can't do the solo quests without max armour. Journey to the North provides that max armour now. But then again, it goes off when you reach level 20...
Hmm, I dunno.
Edit: Oh but they did add that armour npc to Boreal Station though. Still, I dunno.

Great, two days after I uninstall GW, this props up. But then again, it will probably only be an aesthetic update, such as mini pets or flashy weapons.
What GW really needs is spam filters, enhanced traders to stop trade spam (like the aforementioned Mod trader.) where the traders buy at a few K under the price like dyes for example, for those that don`t want to sit around spamming trade all day.
Anyway, how about The Edge minipet, a walking, wobbling phallus in `cool` shades that excretes from a mouth hole? Too graphic?

this weekend seems kind of pointless....like for the people who just didnt care, now it gives them some ease to the "challenging" (???!!!) EoTN. More worthwhile weekend events please. -.-

Well, if this update is all there is to it then it's a giant pile of irrelevant, frankly. Actually it's a little worse than that, since all giving low level players access to end game type content accomplishes is dumbing down the challenge curve even more.
The chest is, I suppose a reason to play Zaishen Elite, that's about it.

So . . . as the Z.Chests are out and the things we were expecting from this weekend does thatmean this weekend is completely useless to people with GW:EN already?

You can even finish Super Mario 3 in 10 minutes!

The new lvl10 update only helps Elonians and perhaps Tyrians.

I'm thinking there might be a regular weekend event on top of the last update (which might be perminant!). That might give some bonus to GW:EN stuff. Still, at the moment, rather indifferent.

So the in-game info tells us to watch the website on friday, which is today. But I can't find any info yet on this event. Any clue how long this normally takes? It's past noon in Europe...

What's In It For Me?
I am a GW:EN veteran!! - I bought it in time for the preview weekend- i have r2 in all 5 title tracks (impressive I know)- how will I benefit from all the hours of melting Snowmen/Pain Inverting Frostmaw/cashing in HM Dungeon books I have already put in? Will it be easier to get to r3? Is that max? Do I win a free MINI Duncan? Cheers, Ample Handfull.

I'm in the same boat lol. I'll probably do at least one dungeon this weekend with a guildie since he doesn't have GW:EN.
