I've been playing since Dec 05 and I have 1300+ ID's on my main. You'd think some of it are salvage items. Everytime I get one I always pray for a superior vigor but I never get them

How bout you guys?

Same here... started a month after you did, no sup vifors have dropped for me EVER... but on the bright side when sup absorbtions dropped to worthlessness I got my 1st one ;p!

Random chance, about 2000 ID's on my main and about 10 or so Sup Vigors, shame they are only around 10 to 12k now. Just is luck of the draw if you ask me.

I have had around 20 or so. Quite a few came from Ettin Farming when drops rates got messed up

I think I have had maybe 5 as drops not from Ettins. Quite a few in Shiverpeaks. All these drops were when they were worth 30k +

Ah, the Kryta ettins, how I miss them...

There was that one time glitch, when they'd drop nothing but gold runes.... Imagine getting an inventory full of gold runes...

Now we have all this loot scaling stuff.

But I haven't seen sup vigor drop myself for a year or so, but it came from chest for someone else a while back.

I've had like.. 10? Over the course of 26 months.

Most of them were when they were 30-60k range, haven't had one in some months now though.

When we started playing, my wife had found 3 superior vigors in 2 month's time, while I hadn't gotten a single. I think we're caught up now, both at about 5 from all the different lands.

I just got one yesterday, in fact, as a drop from an Am Fah Assassin while doing Vizunah Square. It was ironic that this thread just started, so I had to post that

Between my brother and myself, we've received maybe 4-5 total in 2000+ hours of play time. It's all a matter of luck in high end areas methinks...

I've seen a slightly higher amount of black/white dye on a side note...

I agree with this, too. Still, if I compare superior vigor to any other particular superior rune, I think it averages out the same. In fact, there are, I believe, one or two superior runes I haven't even unlocked. Granted, they are probably from one of the non-core classes, thus haven't been out as long, but still, that is an incredibly low percentage overall. The main issue is that they work on every class, and are always in demand, so they seem rarer because it's the one superior rune everyone hopes for - so you notice when you don't get it the most.

About a month ago I finally stumbled across a superior vigor in about 150 gold IDs...

...and then had a brainfart moment and promptly sold the item it was still imbedded in for about 230 gold. >_<

Got most of mine from the old Ettin farming days. First Wintersday event they were falling like rain out there, and they were still worth quite a bit of gold back then.

I've been playing for nearly 2 years now and I've never received a sup vigor drop.

I have a better chance at mysteriously regaining my virginity than getting a sup vigor drop.

I've gotten 3 and Id'd about 800 golds or so. Out of gold runes that I got, its hard to say, i would say roughly 3% chance of getting one or 2.5% based on total gold runes ive recieved.

I think I've gotten 4 or 5 in my 26 months playing; 3 of them during a 10 day SF farming marathon.

Similar results. 2-4 in two years time, about 3,500 hours.

Though I admit I haven't done very much farming. Everytime I've ever tried to farm much, I do two or three runs and get too bored and exhausted of it to continue.

Golds could be majors back then, it sucked.

I've had maybe 15 drop in 2 and a half years, still have 2 in storage.
