Pretty sure you have the quest accept/decline boxes for the snowman dungeon mixed up....

The first pic is for the Grenth side, but you have it with the explanation for the Dwayna side...

Or am I looking at it wrong?

And where did you get that information, the Guild Wars web site says nothing about anything new besides the two new Wintersday quests.

the Straight to the Heart and Strength of Snow quests give you 15 sec (not 10) to pick up the chest drops

also, I believe last year there was a consumable trader who took cc shards.......am I correct? Otherwise I'm wondering what's really the point in amassing cc shards

edit: found it on wiki, last year you could trade 5 shards for 1 present, I recall that being added around the end of the event as a lot of ppl were pretty pissed they had hundreds of leftover shards with nothing to use them for

It use to be 10 secs, they must have updated it.
