The Hall of Munuments for me, it is the closest thing to a home in Guild Wars.
I would love to have real homes though, on a location of your choice. Fully customisable and a place for all your characters. Also the Hall of Monuments could be part of the home.

Ice Tooth Cave. You can't call yourself a GW (PvE) veteran if you don't remember the place instantly.

guildhall. easily accessible form everywhere, and the storage is not off in some corner of the map like some cities.

I generally keep all my characters at the Guild Hall, as it's the easiest place for me to access storage and merchant without needing to run across a town. Also my guildies and allies group up there for GvG, HA, Vanquish teams, etc.
I'm currently working on title maxing with my mesmer and paragon so they go to different places all the time. My ranger always camps at GH for mule purposes, but the only outpost she ever visits is Hero's Ascent.

My 3 main characters are adventuring all over the place but when they settle down it's in the the Guild Hall. In between quests or missions in Factions, I take my characters to the Halcyon outside of Zos Shivros to hang out because the view is so nice. I like it anyway.

when only Tyria was available Droknars forge was the place to go to to sell and was the base for most of my farms at the time. Never liked LA cos it was full of people asking for help with Villany of Galrath.
When factions came out most populous place was KC so I had to go there to sell any stuff before I shut down and likewise Kamadam when NF came out.
Before adventuring I always go to GH to change build, pickup guildies and empty bags.
So I would have to say Droknars is the only place I ever thought of as home and
(QQ Im starting to miss it now **sniff) now I feel "of no fixed abode"

Used to be Droknars forge or LA back in the old days: Factions never changed that - didn't feel at home in that campaign.
These days it's Kamadan, Balthazar or GH!
