Anet probably didn't nerf UB because they like watching the QQ'ing.

So, just because my main happens to be a monk, I must be farming temple in HM? FYI, my monk has been in temple 2 times (once in NM, and once in HM), both of which were with full, balanced parties. Nice attempt to bash me based on the info in my profile.

The idea is good, but even if you raise other skills to power of U, people are already comfortable running it and do not need anything else. There are strong alternatives (i.e. SY paragon), but ursan is as simple to run as possible, eliminating anything else from competition unless its way more powerful or way simpler to use. Not only that, variety would mean that roles in team need to be filled, making grouping slower compared to U.
As it is now, its Power+Simplicity combo is hard to beat, you either have to have even easier teambuild/build to run or even more powerfull teambuild/build to run.

What part of "huge difference from farm" you don't understand?
let me help you again with full quote:
It allows you to Complete supposedly insanely hard area and walk away with statue casually. There is huge difference from simple farming run for worthless green or some points to title. Huge.
Quoting full statement is ftw. Not trying to strawman your opponents view is ftw too.

I'm not whining nor demanding anything from anyone. Just disappointed that it would take me at least twice if not triple if not alot more time to get a team together and then also do the quest/mission. (demanding to be equal.. uhm isn't ursan doing just that?)
Plus since when WASNT Guild Wars about balance?
PvE skills got nerfed before, so it's not improbable that UB will be nerfed.
And as I said I wouldn't mind if they don't nerf it, it's their game and I never ever whined complained nor argued about any updates.
But since Anet is reading this, or maybe not, or whatever, it just seemed fair to tell them how I feel about the ursan skill. Which is disappointed that they don't encourage to use different skills. Like they allways have done.
On another note:
All this "ANET WILL DO THIS ANET WILL DO THAT!"-nonsense is totally pointless, all this stupid degenerating of ones opinions goes (both ways) towards children fighting eachother wether mommy will buy them some candy or not. Get a grip..please..

Augury of Death untouched, "Fear Me!" untouched -> I still have no reason to try HA for what it's worth.
Magebane shot -> Is this update supposed to fix this horribly overpowered skill?
Rampage as One untouched -> TA is still rigged. Well, at least they fixed Warmonger's.....
Players able to bind hotkeys for hero skillbars -> So far cooperative PvE. What's the point of playing with anything else than H/H now?

I am a dervish, so 1 of my main skills WAS Pious Assualt. But I was extremely annoyed with the change. We don't need another skill like that. Pious assualt is basicly A Wearying Strike that doesn't give you Weakness and costs 10 Energy.
This was a terrible update for this skill. Not only is the base of a Dervish's energy very low, Pious Assualt is 1 of the first skills a newb dervish will get, and lets face it... does a newb really understand all this energy stuff? No. So a low level dervish can't afford to use 10 energy.
I am a level 20 Dervish, I have completed Factions, Nightfall and Eye of the North. I use Full Black Primeval with a Sup Vigor (that I amazingly obtained from a salvage), I also luckily managed to get a happy medium with my health and energy (620 health, 39 energy). My skills are: Healing Signet, Ursan Blessing, Zealous Sweep, Pious Assualt (I still use it because I can only just fit it in my energy capacity), Wearying Strike, Victorious Sweep, Soldier's Strike and Brawling Headbutt. If I were to try and use all of those skills that cost energy (using Ursan Blessing last because it replaces my skill bar), It wouldn't really work (it would actually because of Zealous Sweep but ignoring the energy gain for that, energy regeneration and my Mhed's vow, it wouldn't). It would cost a total of 40 energy, I only have 39.
I really don't like this change. What dervish in there right mind would want another Wearying Strike that costs an extra 5 energy? What about Death Penalty? I would punch someone in the face if they said the Death Penalty wouldn't matter because it lowers your energy. You can't use Avatar of Melandru with a Death Penalty.
If your wondering, yes I do normally right extremely long posts. I know many people find it extremely annoying, but it's kind of a habbit. Also I was not trying to brag when I was mention my skills, acomplishments ect.
Please excuse any bad punctuation ect. (I am not about to go and download 'ieSpell'
My IGN is X Dervashah X (it might be easier to just add X Mexay X, my PvP character)
If you have read all this thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Oh... black armor. I mean, so what if it dulls the detail of every armor set in the game. It is the most expensive so therefore I am leet... right?
Lets see... zealous sweep is the only bit of energy management. No res. No hex removal, condition removal, interupt, or any form of utility at all. Just Healing Sig (at least you have a self heal), Ursan blessing, and 6+ damage attacks.
Umm... yeah... I think we are going to ignore your complaints about how skill balance should be done.
