People who say "Can I trade this Mini Fungal Wallow for your Req. 8 15^50, 20/20, +30 Voltaic Spear?"
People who says that their build is good enough for a mission but they don't dare to ping it.

Trying to click on something or someone and missing, so you either end up running to a spot you clicked on by mistake and have to keep clicking until you finally get what you want. And when it's a foe they're already dead so all that clicking was for nothing (but I'm referring to items I'm trying to pick up).
Contstant interrupts and mobbing during AB
Buying a skill then taking a quest realizing you could have gotten it as a reward for free

People that really feel that its necessary for that person to ping in the first place.
I dont ping my build for Pugs ever. Not because im not confident in my build but because theres ALWAYS some idiot who thinks their build is the "best" build and you should use theirs instead when half the time their build sucks.

People in PUGS who say ready, then are afk when you start mission, or leave at the start.
Grumpy people in AB who get bitter easily. An example was when I got a guest invite to a Lux guild the other night to raise faction, I was using my monk with my normal PvE build minus a rez for giggles. We lost the round but I survived a good minute or 2 abuse from some warriors attacking me. They said "gg" in local, but one of my party was moaning at me for not being there to heal him, despite splitting from the group -_-
Errrm. Trading. When you spend ages selling something, finally get a potential buyer and they just cancel the trade without saying anything. Or ask you to go to their district, then say no...

It always bothers me when teams rage at the monk, even when I'm not the monk in question. Sometimes, yes, you get a bad monk, but more often than not, they're pretty good.... just can't heal everybody all the time, especially if you've got people rushing in different directions.
I'd have to say that not much really bothers me - AFK and PuG's and such are part of the challenge for me, I guess.
So what does bother me? When you're forming a PuG and you lack a certain chara, let's use a monk as an example. So one of your party rushes around town pointing out every single monk (e.g., "I'm following Jane Doe", "I'm following John Doe", etc). We're advertising for a monk... if they wanted to join for this quest or mission, they would, so stop pointing them all out.... we aren't completely oblivious to the game world around us, we do see the monk standing by storage.

FYI there are only so many here because of the lack of updates lol
Random trading and the person says, "Money for the poor please" or "It's Christmas".
Knowing I could have interrupted someone's heal but I thought they'd be dead and didn't want to waste my skill and energy, but they didn't die so they healed and we have to fight them some more.
Conjuring up lots of energy to cast on something that won't die, then it dies the second after you cast it.
Dialogs constantly popping up while I'm trying to focus on the mission/task at hand (especially Minister Cho's Estate after you've heard it a million times)
Reclaming the Temple quest - every time you kill a Margonite group, the guards have some weird/annoying dialog to say.
MM's always dying first, and then we have their minions to fight along with the current foes, which are usually mobs.
Lack of green drops (after you kill a boss so many times on a certain char the green should drop, and the only ones that ever drop for me are the bad ones no one wants-I had to buy the good ones)
Being mobbed and killed during PVP when I'm not even doing anything but running, not even a threat
People in AB who don't understand the meaning of the word CAP
Walking on a bridge or trying to and your feet get stuck so it just spins you in circles and you have to go around, when you're trying not to aggro
Getting a boss bounty when no boss is around
Constant slowdowns in snowman lair or anywhere else you're trying to run
Oola's Lab (I hate that fire dart thing)
Hunt rampage going away when you get right to a big group of monsters
Heroes and henchies somehow constantly dying in the snowman lair...how is that even possible? It's so easy
Having to switch districts every time you want to redo a dungeon, since it won't register that you can do it again (no ! above the npc's head, you just get the reward and that's it)
Giant rocks, snowballs, etc. coming out of nowhere and wiping everyone out (luckily there's no DP)
Getting a PUG and someone zones while you're typing to someone so it cuts you off
THIS (how is that possibly obstructed?!):

Using troll unguent and dying right then
Trying to heal or res your pet and it dies so your skills recharge
Good things dropping for afk people or noobs that like to draw stupid things on the map or just act stupid like continuously spamming and trying to be funny but failing
Bosses dropping whites...the least they could drop is a purple and some cash
Everyone but you getting at least one good drop (Sometimes multiples while all you get is whites)
At the start of AB, someone suddenly says, "Sorry I've g2g" and leaves...if they knew they had to leave they shouldn't have been online in the first place
When you have plenty of energy (and with expertise as a primary, this is even worse) and it says Not enough energy constantly
During AB when people kill the npc's at the shrine, they run off without capping it
Big mobs attacking one single person for no reason in AB

My character looses her hair to wear a hat
People who take everything in game too serious
the noise that beetles make (makes me kringe)
Talon's grunts (sounds like he is dying when we run long distances)
The end to the Gwen Saga - I thought that there would be more than just she grew up somewhere else hating char - in fact she should marry a char!
There was never a funeral service for Togo

It's worse on AB maps.
People walk onto the edge of bridges ect. and you just CAN'T hit them with a ranged weapon.
Seriously, ANet please fix it!! >< My interrupts are useless there now!! >< And nobody can say "Do this or that" because it won't work reguardless.... argumentative time!

Personally i don't find that a problem as I often have no idea how much things (especially weapons) are worth, due to the arbitrary pricing system and lack of centralised auctions. I only ever sell runes, materials and dyes to traders as they have an established pricing system that can be checked. Selling weapons is pointless to me, standing around going "WTS" all day is a tedious task, when I could be out fighting stuff and getting money that way. Tbh, any spangly weapon i get goes onto a hero or gets distrbuted to a friend, normally for their heroes.
I really don't like the sheer rudeness of a lot of people on Guild Wars, the aforementioned rank spammers, people to whom everyone else is inferior and use n00b every other word. I've gone back to City of Heroes/Villains and everyone there is so nice and polite, it makes me see what a hotbed of irritating unpleasantness the gw community can be (i have local and trade muted practically all the time).
Polymock. What an awful game. I eventually finished it to get the mursaat summon after much wailing and gnashing of teeth, and have no intention to play it again.
People who whinge that gw is broken because their prissy grinding build is broken - try making a build yourself, see what you can come up with. My Necro's build is exactly that, it might not be the best build evar teh 1111111 but it does the job well enough. I do admit to being a subscriber to the 3 necro build, but if it gets nerfed somehow i'm not going to complain about it (partly because I hardly play gw anymore so it's not a big concern).
Poor grammar/spelling. While in combat trying to type something fast can lead to spelling errors, that is not the issue. I HATE l33t5p33|<. It was cool a couple of years ago, get over it. In towns you have all the time in the world, spell properly. If you run out of space, press enter twice and keep on typing!
Again the aforementioned people claiming uberness due to their armour/weapons. Great, good for you.
I also agree with people to whom you are trying to sell who stand their not accepting, or agree to buy something then map out or try to rinse you. I'm not blind I can see the numbers changing.
People who refuse to accept that they themselves were once a n00b, laughing at new players. Hypocrites.
I think i've ranted enough for now. I'm sure more will come to mind later.

While helping out a newbie in my guild get max armor by giving him all of the steel and half the iron required. I even gave him a superior absorbtion and a superior vigor rune to help him. After he got his armor he promptly left and added me to his ignore list.
Mind you this was back in the day when those runes were worth more then 80K each and steel wasn't the cheapest material around either.

Amongst players, it'd have to be people who are doing the Duncan dungeon in Slaver's Exile not having killed the previous bosses despite claiming that they have. Closed doors get to be annoying after 5 attempts. Having something check for access would be nice - similar to Zhellix and getting to Mallyx, except just checking in this case.

I hate spammers.
People who ask to join your guild or say they will join and leave 5 mins later (when asked they say i dont know)
The horrid circle of HA, you cant get a good team unless you have a high rank, but you cant get that high rank until you get let in good groups....
Also people adding you in HA, you got the build they want, you know how to use it, but when they ask rank and you dont have one high enough they just say byee and kick you, thats just plain rude!
People begging in towns for 100gold to open storage, or just begging for a few gold. its simple, you go outside and kill a couple of things and wow you got yourself 100gold easy!.
catching out a scammer, so you tell them to stop scamming in local, to which they pm you over and over calling you all the names under the sun xDD pathetic really.
Also rage quitters.
Tender wolf i know how you feel, the awful "obstructed" its like IM STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU, HOW THE f*** CAN YOU BE OBSTRUCTED xDDD yeah that gets on my nerves.

Running someone somewhere for free just to be nice and being asked over and over if I'm sure I know where I'm going and why it's taking so long.
