weren't you expecting the 5 $-£-Eur to cover the packaging, shipping, profit for retailers and profit for a.net right?
if they shipped bmp with a box in retail stores the price should have been at least doubled only to break even

Sorry don't understand english very well

I checked only online store (since the last update says made preparation to.....etc etc)
But i want only the code not box etc etc

But, they never actually stated it would be available in Brick and Mortar stores - don't you know how to read? They are 100% as within the lines of what they said then as what they said during the promotion and you are surprised in what way? I never really expected it in stores with a box anyway, after all - 10 dollars? They would *loose* money doing that and any sensible person would have realized that. Or at least done what I did - wonder how in the heck the worked out making a profit in that and still get them to stock it then assume that they were only implying something not true as last time. Even if they just had a cd with a sleeve it would be loosing for most retailers just because of shelf space being at a premium let alone both Anet and the retailers turn a profit.

As far as I can tell the only people that had a method to acquire it without crying over it did so during the promotion, they got screwed, and now the QQ'er are QQ'ing some more - who woulda thunk it!!!!! Yay - Anet made nearly *everyone* mad!

Well i dont know if you remember but they did put the pre release pack of eotn out in a box for a mere 5 dollars, i know it was a promotion to get gwen sales but seriously that must have hurt their profit somewhat.

Now to the point, i would have loved to go to the store, pick my bmp box up and register it, but instead we are going to have to wait till anet releases the info on where to get it online, i have no problem with that, but i cant freaking wait for it, knowing anet they probably release the info around 12 pm in their time so it'll be around 9 pm for me, arghhh

I am, i was disappointed when i couldnt get it the first time. Id bought all of my skill slots and bought the campaigns in shops before it counted. Im looking forward to giving it a go.

I got it bonus for purchasing GW:EN on my main account. I will be getting it for my secondary account. The weapons are just too good. All my heros said they would go on strike if I didn't get it. So I guess my hands are tied.

Well its now nearly 5 in the afternoon in the UK on the 28th january, so I think they maybe should have got their US and UK advertising release dates in check....

The usually don't put updates up until around 8 or 9UK time, so that's when I'd expect to see the BMP.. But yeah, the release of this thing is pretty silly, most people in the UK/Europe probably won't get it until tomorrow, or if the do get it tonight it will be pretty late.

And why did they choose to release it on a Monday, instead of Friday or something? I've just had a tonne of work thrown at me, and won't even be able to play it until the weekend now.
