Sync'ing in RA is cheap.
The point is to play with a random group of people, not take advantage of that and play with a guild team vs. random groups of people. Regardless, I've rarely come across sync'ers (that I see). Maybe once every 30-40 battles. Truthfully, the glad title is an extremely long title to max, and I don't see the point in trying to max that title.
Point is, it's cheap, but usually rare, so you can't do much about it. Not big enough for ANet to care, too much trouble for ANet to try and deal with it.

I remember the first few months when people complained how it was unfair for players to equip Drok's armor in Ascalon RA.

If people keep saying "it's just ..." then they may as well not fix anything in the game at all.
ie. It's just PvE, It's just HB, It's just AB, It's just Jade Quarry, etc, etc.

Is this another thread where people whine about things which aren't really broken in a desperate attempt to ruin other people's fun?
Yes, if you play at certain hours you have a reasonable chance of getting in with a friend, over a few attempts anyway. Is this really the end of the world? RA is already hopeless and unfun 95% of the time. Cry enough, anet will eventually patch it, and then it will go down to 100%. The fact is, a lot of the people who synch are bad, and even for those who aren't, if you go through 10 wins in RA you'll usually face a team or two with a TA-ish make-up. Whether they are friends or not is irrelevant.

As for it being a whine.
Im pointing out there are other people who also want to have fun. When someone exploits the system or cheats to get an advantage over them that can stop them having fun.
Is that a whine? To suggest you are effecting other people?

Meh I've beaten TA teams with RA teams so people syncing isn't that big of a deal. Just usually I get half assed players on my team most of the time. When we win because of the other players on my team instead of me. then I know I got a good team.
Not saying that I'm not bad cause I am, but I got my good moments.

I've never done RA, and I rarely PvP, but from a purely chance standpoint, if there aren't many people in a certain RA district/instance, then wouldn't the chance of teaming w/ someone you want to, be increased?
Is there something these people are doing to guarantee they get on the same team? Is there some other timing mechanism that I am not aware of?
By all means, if someone is intentionally manipulating the system to give themselves an advantage, then they should be dealt with, but I'm just thinking that we may be only seeing the instances where these people get on the same team, as opposed to the times when things don't go as planned...

This isn't the first complaint about syncing, and it won't be the last.
If there's a more efficient way to do something, people are going to do it until ANet stops them. This is why we have skill balances, glitch fixes, and so forth. If you want to argue "it's unfair, don't do it," you're wasting your breath.
Since people have been doing this for at least 18 months, and since ANet has not addressed the issue, one might as well call it legal at this point.
Suggest thread lock.

I guess I should've included "...", because guru posters obviously aren't very intelligent

Generally, the people who want to be on the same team go to an empty district (Poland, etc.), enter battle, cancel at 3 seconds and re-enter. Usually, at least two of them will get in. Repeat as long as necessary.

Thank you for making everyone on Guru aware of the Korean districts, as if the Glad title hasn't already been turned into a Grindfest 2008, you have to reveal a little known bit of info about the Korean district. Go crawl back in your bubble, life isn't fair. Boo hoo.
Syncing = glad pts = happiness = GG losers = yeh!

You must suck at pvping if the only way you can get the title is through cheating

Clearly it is cheating. CLEARLY. Your pathetic insults are just that, PATHETIC. Notice the word repetition? NOTICE? I figured saying things twice would get through better. Am I right or am I right? RA is far better to sync in, easier points.
Oh, and if you bring your met shower warrior on my sync team again, no healing for you, and I will report you for leeching. GFG

The title is the same, and nobody besides the owner cares, or knows, how it's obtained.
Whichever takes less effort is the better way.

How long have you been playing this game? You're probably one of the R5ish Glads who think they're amazing because they can button mash their way through a gimmick-filled TA. Excluding the points I've gained from RA, I probably have about triple your gladiator points.
TA is an absolute joke now, and it's going to stay that way untill GW2 because Izzy is not committed to skill balancing. As such, RA, ironically, is the only arena where you can enjoy balanced 4v4 play, providing you play in the international districts and at a good time. If TA was as balanced as it used to be, I'd never sync, let alone play, RA simply because TA would be more worth my time, and I'm sure many players see it that way.
Cry more and get out man.

Whine, definition....condescending way of saying you don't like what someone has to say so you turn it into an insult by saying its a whine
I don't like syncing in Random Arena because its unfair, the rules of a random pvp setup is the people on my team are randomly chosen and so are the people we're facing...I have less fun when I come up against a setup team because I'll majority of the time lose to them because of the lack of preparation the random team i've been assigned has
Its unfair but it can be fixed if the devs chose to do it and see it as a problem
If they don't see it as a problem i'll probably just not bother with random arena as its frustrating being at a disadvantage
Thats a valid complaint asking to make sure the rules and fair play are set in this pvp gameplay type

I'm not liking the way you look at the situation, its skewed
Team Arena you don't play anymore because its a "joke" because you lose there to actual teams
So now you're saying Random Arena is the only 4 vs 4 YOU Can enjoy because maybe you're the only person with an actual team while the people you face are usually not teamed up at all
Its fun when you win and shitty when you lose so I can see why you'd be upset if this was fixed
Ridiculous and to think you have people supporting you shows what kind of game scum have infested this game who think the way things are is okay because you get to take advantage of those who don't know about this
What if everyone in Random arena tried to sync, everteam you faced? doesn't it then end up like your team arena you so despise?
You're part of the problem man
