In HA, just noticed that if a party is european (this is an example) and the party leader is American, the leaders name is STILL displayed, with whatever the territory majority is,.

Pretty sure its always done that. I used to HA with a bunch of Euro's and it would still display my name but wouldn't say American.

Nope. Used to be, majority (lets say majority is american) and leader is European... the teams 'name' would be the first american on the list (if theres an american in spot 2, than thats the teams name).
