Lol. Agreed. People always jump into PvP thinking they are going to be awesome because they use a PvXwiki build (or worse, a 55 or farming build). Then they get owned by people who actually have experience and know how to position and properly use res sigs.

I think original the hero battle arena was intended for a 1v1, however, a sin vs a ranger almost always is a landslide for the sin. So Anet change it to capping. So I doubt the glad arena will be VERY popular, though I'd give it a try

oh yay, a place for all the pathetic "OMGZ ID PWN JOO" fags to gather with their riposte glads defense farming builds and think that is what actual pvp should be about. don't we get enough of this kinda shit in AB that we honestly need a whole arena dedicated to it?

I'd just play RPS if I wanted to do 1v1 arena. Because that's pretty much what it is. One person simply can't have enough balance to beat the majority of things out there. Even in a 4v4 or 8v8 format, there are pure gimmicks that are designed to take out balanced builds, and there simply aren't enough skillslots for the balanced build to spec against everything out there.
