Double Ban Weekend
From X to Y, players have double chance to successfully report in-game violations.

Double Server Lag/Load Weekend
From X to Y, players have doubled "fun" with additional lag (server bandwidth reduced so they can test Guild Wars 2 better).

Triple Loot Weekend
From X to Y, players have triple times more non-max loot to fill inventory.

I would guess

retain lockpick weekend or double dye weekend

Please no experience based enhancement.

Increased chests in explorable areas or double points for opening chests would be AMAZING. I would seriously stare down my computer the entire weekend.
