Love the Pin Down change, though.

Psychic Instability needs to have a recharge of 3-5ish, not 10.

yeah but YMLAD is pve only

though I do use it in pve along with "Finish Him" and [skill]Assassin's promise[/skill] for some kd dw spam ^^

And Anet has kissed the ass of PvP once more... that's just my speculation, no need to kick up dirt about it :] It's also true, because there's probably a very small sliver of skills that were nerfed due to PvE. Apart from the 3 bug fixes, this was pretty much a giant nerf.
