The difference in damage between 16-23 and 15-22 doesn't even come close to the everlasting sundering/vampiric debate. So how would it harm the balance.
I'm just trying to say that if we pay hundreds of ecto's for something it'd better be useful !

Even having the unbalanced items of the past like the +55 health HoD Axe and the original HoD sword (back before caster swords droped) didn't neccessarily mean automatic victory for the team with those items. Player skill still has a lot to do with it.
Now, 2 theoretical exact same teams, the winner will be the one with glitched items. However, teams in PvP are never exactly the same and perfectly evenly matched. People lose because a mistake is made in terms of positioning/skill usage, not because the other team has an extra .02% damage.

It's the first that has been found since the December 6, 2007 update. So I'd say it has a terrible droprate

Well here's my question. Since this is the first one, how do we know it wasn't added later, and not when the chest first came out? For all we know it could have been added with the Contest Weapons.

and why not?
It's one of a kind item atm, so the seller can set his own price.

No normal player will have 52000e. Only those that have exploited the game will get anywhere near that many.

Well, this isn't really for the normal players, is it?
Kinda sad. I'd like an everlasting tonic of any kind, but cosmetic fun just isn't worth multiple stacks of ecto to me. :P

Someone wouldn't buy this for having fun with it, they would buy it because its ultra rare and only 1 of the has been known to drop.

Am I the only one that looks at that and wonders why anyone would pay much for it? Its an unlimited parlor trick.
Now a Bottomless Ale Mug, that would be pretty nifty.

Cool! I've been waiting for one of those to finally pop out, now only the Elf one awaits to be found. I love 1-of-a-kind-items, there are so few true rarities in todays GW that every new one matters.
Now the question is which one will be worth more, a much cooler (imho) everlasting beetle juice, which should be like 20-30 of them around, or this unque single piece. Or maybe all we will see will be auctions full of fake bids including stacks of armbraces...
