And following the link to Emily's page http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/User:Emily_Diehl it says

Julien Crevits - French Community Relations
Martin Kerstein - European Community Relations manager/German CR
Peter Verhelst - Spanish Community Relations
Regina Buenaobra - Community Relations manager

So is Regina a CRM for the Americas or the overall CRM? Since Emily's page was updated a while ago It may be a promotion..

I guess we'll find out.
