Oh FFS!
I get limited time on the weekend due to work commitments and plan this final 12 hrs to actually get something done and this happens! Honestly, most of the time I am sympathetic towards Anet and a lot of the whining directed at them, but to screw up on this magnitude, in direct contradiction to a globally advertised finishing time, is ridiculous. WTF Anet !?!?! |

Well the 3rd and forth visits failed, so I hope they fix this up. I have about 500 items left and 7K points. Hoping to get my next 1k on next visit. Sold all my sup vigors to make this possible, but wont be buying fireworks till I am sure its on. Hmmmm. Cant complain to Gaile anymore

I was at the one at midnight...and there was no hint that it was the last---the stuff was still there for quite some time after it ended.....so now idea what the blue-blazes anet is trying to pull----they have already begun to distance themselves from the people who are going to buy their products, but then to abruptly STOP an event that is still on the log in screen withOUT any comment??
That is very very very...very BAD customer service (though if you think about it many people did say that gaile was a bad customer rep soooo we should have expected something like this I guess.....) big major /FAIL! [very suspicious with the 'early' party...methinks some developer f*ed up]...

Maybe because during Leap Years we lose 12 hours on April 7th to make up for the extra day in Feb.

It was a mix up with the times programmed into the servers. I suspect some Devs have gotten woken up and are looking at it now. It's nearly 3am PDT so things like this will take a while to fix

They'll probably fixed it and add another 12 hours or so for good measure. Doesn't help me one bit though, I only had monday morning and the early afternoon available to play and most of that is gone now.

I didn't go the events, each time I entered a major city I'd get hit with insane ping...and GW would crash and refuse to work.

I'll not "rant" and believe that since most events end on Sunday at midnite pacific, someone forgot to change something - guess the memo didn't get out.
On a side note, it is a bit amusing to see all the afk's dancing where the circle had been. |
