It's definitely a tool that bad players use to try to get people to make mistakes.
The sad thing is that they persist in the behavior, which implies that some people are stupid enough to 1v1 the Glad's Defense noob rather than switching targets and letting a caster blow him up.

In the "end" it doesn't matter. In between gw1 and gw2 emperor Kisu's son ends the war and they are all canthan or banished from the lands.

Yes it is quite amusing. I guess in his mind Noob is not an insult. Personally I love your other post.

This is what happens when you get PvE RPG'ers to play PvP
We like a bit of antagonism between ourselves and our foes, we get into the roles and act up a bit.
Its all in good fun, just relax and roll with it.

from my WoW Exp. ( on PvE realms as alliance) The horde help you out if you over agro/ near death and likewise the alliance does the same ( i'd imagine a small bit less frequently) there's only really rivilry in BG or the like and erven then we can't communicate cross faction.
still doesnt stop allies raging-.-
but yeah im Luxon by heart jsut because its harder to FFF so i get the most out of AB ( when i play it, rarly)

pretty much everyone in AB is equally terribad at this game, so i couldn't care less about what they say to cover up their failure.
I have local chat turned off 24/7 anyway, the people worth taking to have access to either guildchat or alliance chat

If you are going to make gross blanket statements, you might as well say that everyone who plays Random Arena, Team Arena, Hall of Heros, and Hero Battles are 'equally terribad at this game'.
On topic, I leave local chat off, because people typically don't have anything worth saying to the other side other than annoy them.

Hmm, my experience is the opposite (also on PvE), lvl 70 allies doing raids on low level areas like xroads and The Valley of Trials, and also stealing mobs before I'm about to attack.
But my point is, it may be in jest most of the time, and it's not really that important and shouldn't be taken seriously, but it is still going to happen in most games.

It's always the same, some fools trying to be on top of other people, and they throw a tantrum when they face the reality.
There are some Luxons that somehow still think that they are allowed to keep some pride and dignity and respond to anything Kurzciks tell them.
They should shut up and deal with the truth: They exist so Kurzicks have something to hit. They are nothing but this. Yet most of them still struggle and keep making puny futile attempts to fight back, when they should stop, stand still and let kurzicks kill them quietly.
Just another proof of the Luxon's absolute lack of politeness
Bleh... those cloth scrappers never learn.

Really, if this kind of thing worries you so much you need to make a public display about it I truly do feel sorry for you.

Quote for the truth, if such mindless antics can be taken this seriously by anyone- well theres just better things to worry about. Personally I indulge in the chance to call complete strangers a number of slurs in the most rude manner possible. I emote corpses whenever I can, and I will always grief run back to an outpost if I'm outmatched- then emote the corpse of my pursuer after he/she was fatally stricken down by a volley of lightning orbs and hammers.
To be honest, I have actually made friends through the verbal mocking of AB. After the battle its usually not rare for at least someone to PM me stating that it was all in good fun. Just roll a jay and know the worlds full of plenty of love.

Yeah, whatever.
Even if that was true, a donkey may take a flute and play a melody once out of luck.
And luxon players can enter matches from Kurzick outposts and lose on purpuse.
So one photo proves nothing.

I can't say I have local off most of the time - I keep it on, wait for some guy to say "i cud pwn u 1v1", "not fair u guys were 4 on me" or "noob runner", then laugh a bit. Relieves boredom. It's generally the retards on the other teams on my side I can't stand, since I generally AB with 3/4 guild or alliance groups...
Y'know, the guys that go "oh look the whole side is mobbing, I'll counter them!!!"... but they sound like "lol mob, i pwn taht".

Instead of name-calling and such, if there's someone annoying me I always say, for example (say the person's name is John Smith):
"John Smith, you me 1v1. Outside Lux gate."
Then it's settled once and for all, with a bit of drama involved ;P
