Following along on a HM CoF run with my R2 survivor Dervish...wammo agros...decides the best thing to do is to run towards the group...and well...my mistake...I had time to [G] hop or something...

Well at the time, I had a bad habit of being in towns and guild hall on my warrior with his chest armor off doing /guitar....
Tahniki temple mission kinda forgot to put it back on, made it to the ele boss who quickly proceeded to cleans me off any chance of getting R2 survivor.
Felt so leet after figuring out the reason he raped me so hard was due to no armor ><

Halfway through Riverside Province mission, I went afk. Was halfway to rank 2 survivor at that point. There was no enemy in the area at all, so I thought I was safe..

30 Minutes later I came back, and saw my team (hench at that time) laying on the ground. Damn long patrol routes.

Just deleted my Survivor 3 mesmer because I needed the slot and I have a new mesmer in the making. (Plus salvaged his FoW.)
Just making a new Assassin survivor - and waiting with deleting my previous S3 assassin since he should receive his 1st birthday pet any day now. Then he's history. Hatting his name.
And I deleted my tier 2 warrior survivor (while still surviving - he didn't survive the delete button though

) - because I couldn't be bothered to continue with him (I REALLY hate having that unfinished survivor title mocking me!) and hated his name. So I made a non-survivor wammo and he's a blast.

I KNOW I shouldn't laugh at this BUT a friend told me he lost his paragon survivor wanna-be in Tihark. I think Joko took him down ...

Well, this one is interesting. You should get a good laugh, because I didn't till I remade the character.

I was making a Tyrian Ranger, wanted to stay in Pre as long as possible. I was up to like level 6-7 before I died.

Well one night I woke up at like 4 in the morning and couldnt get back to sleep, so I booted up GW and got on my ranger... I left Ashford Abbey for NO REASON and just started attack that lil patch of bandits... Again for no reason, I didn't even know what I was doing. I didnt hit any healing skills and died by those low level bandits.

I died, but it didn't hit me till like 5 seconds later. WOAH!.. WTF JUST HAPPENED!?

I vow never to play survivor characters that late in the night again.

Atleast I didn't lose much, but Pre is the slowest way of leveling. Pretty epic scene iof you think about it.

The 'best' one? My Paragon doing the 1v1 battle in Eye of the North (the town, not the entire expansion ofc) and losing because I set up the wrong skills and never figuring that it counted as a real death

a guildie and i were going to GWEN from kamadan and he rubberbanded while we were running to the asura gate and got killed by the destroyers. it was pretty funny for me.

legendary survivor is a free title. it's VERY easy to get and virtually impossible to NOT get. anyways, the respect LS (3) once used to have is pretty much gone now b/c of one big, simple fact: hFF at lutgardis. go there and you will see hundreds of people with it.

Great thing to say in a thread about LOSING the title, it's not all that easy if you do it the legit way, which I myself do, and know quite a few people that do it as well.

Anywho, I was on my 'viver monk, EXACTLY 200 exp away from r2, and... DUN DUN DUN! I aggro a bosses group, one of the Acoylte of _____ iirc, and guess what? Symantec decides to run a virus scan. :B By the time I get my window open again, I'm alive, so I think I'm safe, until I notice the -15% in the corner. -.-

My guild had an officer meeting and for some reason we had it on the island of the nameless. We're standing together blablabla..and some joker goes to the catapult and kills us.
