The Echovald Forest or the Jade Sea. Both very nice places. Actually I might live somewhere around the border, or just wander around Cantha

I'd clean out the Hidden City of Ahdashim, and do some renovations including knocking out a bunch of windows to let in the sunlight, removing all the treasure and filling it with water for a giant pool, with several swim up tiki bars strategically placed throughout, with Sylvari and Norn bartenders (female of course).
I'd then use the treasure to buy flatscreen LCD tvs for every main room, fix up some of the spill fountains into waterslides, and put a go-kart track in the east wing.
Probably have a cottage up at Icedome too, there are some good back country snowboard routes there!

I have to say Fisherman' Haven. Or at least a cleared Gates of Kryta with no frickin' undead.
An isolated place with a breathtaking sea just a few steps away to swim every morning
Also I could invent my own secret spells there too muahahaha!!

Grand Court of Sekelbeh/Mirror of Lyss - I love the placid waters of the lake. It also helps that you don't have to weedwack a bunch of monsters to enjoy it too. That contributes to the serene feeling I get whenever I'm around there.
Resplendant Makuun - If you've been there you know why, that place is p-i-m-p. I also love the views from the nearby amphitheater terraces. If only there was some ocean/lake/waterfall nearby it'd be ideal.
Those are my two favorite spots atm, but I'd also like to mention...
Gates of Kryta - Might be the best place for a beach house, because there's plenty of coastline... too bad there aren't better surf effects, not with my graphics anyways :/
Isle of Meditation - Great diversity of scenery with many great elements: asian architecture, waterfall, exoticly steep hills, coastline, I even like the flowers lol
Maguuma and Tarnished Coast have some great scenic qualities, maybe a house in The Falls would be best

The Catacombs in Pre-Searing. Its huge down there and it has some of the most beautiful scenary around. In some spots you can almost forget its a cemetery...until you get jumped by a zombie. *lol* In the winter I would sun in the Mirror of Lyss. *sigh* Vabbi is such a lush place.

I guess it would be Rin, the way everyone talked about how nice it was before the Charr deformed it
Nah, I choose a place outside the Catacombs, near Devona's first meeting spot - I'd love a nice little spot there near all them pigs. Bacon Sandwiches ftw!

I'd also have to go with Pre-Searing Ascalon. I'd just be a drifter :P. If I had to choose a specific place, though, it'd be Rin.
