Huh...just checked the official Wiki and found no mention of last night's mysterious update....

I wasn't hallucinating that was I? I mean I was doing some chained vanquishes so it's possible....

Nope - there was definitely an update last night...I actually panicked a bit when I saw something loading, as I thought the hacker (see my thread below) had done something and was trying to come back for some more.

whatever exploit it was it seems like it was server side. (for today's update that is) my client didn't d/l anything since yesterday.

that is unless yesterday was today lol. (no clue on exact time I logged in and d/l'd the update)

I lol'd. I never heard of any recent exploit.

Maybe they decided that Everlasting Phantasmals were getting too common, and they nerfed the droprate. [/speculation]

Obviously the exploiters were in cahoots with Eve, Devona, and Aidan. Makes sense that they'd remove the perpetrators where ever possible. (possibly taken in for questioning?)
