Attack any person in any outpost, that would pretty much ruin the game instantly. You get a 2 second "grace period" when you spawn, after that you are on your own. Shadowform Assassins trying to grief everybody, trappers and smiters getting them back. Mad AoE going on, die respawn, get angrier, rage, rage more, ragequit.
Basically the full AoC PvP experience in a nutshell.

Program enemies to chase players into town to slaughter everyone standing there since nobody will be able to use skills. Anyone working on survivor title would incur a death. No resurrecting unless you go to another district.
Make all pve titles account-based deleting legendary survivor and defender of Ascalon titles.
Remove the following skills from the game: zealous benediction, shadow form, ursan blessing, protective spirit, splinter weapon, word of healing, wounding strike, "save yourselves", searing flames, ebon battle standard of honor, broadhead arrow, escape, migraine, power block, bull's strike, shield of deflection, spoil victor, aura of the lich, stone flesh aura, weapon of remedy.
Increase the drop rate of normal tonics from the zaishen chest over all other drops.
Starting on every Friday and lasting throughout the weekend, everyone will look like a stick figure. Both in towns and during play.
Increase amount of players for GvG's to twelve. Remove alliance battles from the game. Alliance Battle Maps will be used for new guild halls.
Random arena and team arena turn into six man pvp arenas. Champ points will be awarded to teams with flawless victories. One point per flawless victory.

Unlike most retarded try to be funny postings here, I'd change things, that would make the game better:
- Add Armor Storage
- Add Minipet Storage
- Add more Storage tabs in general like the Material Tab for Keys, Colors, Trade Items, Green Items, Runes, Perfect Upgrades, Sweets and other Consumeables and all the other stuff, that is easily stackable, like materials
- Add Ranger Pet Storage

Combine these things, that are possible with the Hall of Monument to give the game more storage without giving it really more storage, through just "reproduce" stored items per command, like Festival Hats.
- Make the HoM an account based Feature. All Monuments except the Armor Monument would be account based, so Minipets account based, Heroes elite armors account based, destroyer weapons account based, alot of the titles, not all account based.
- More titles becoming account based/semi account based:
Sweettooth, Drunkard, Party Animal, Wisdom, Treasure Hunter, Cartographer (not direct, just the explored Map converts over, outposts can be reached only, once entered with the character), Skill Hunter (not direct, but each captured Elite unlocks the Elite to be bought at the Skill NPC's for 2 Plat and 10 SP) Vanguisher (not direct, just the title, but not the chest, that appears only once, when first time vanguished an area per character), Survivor, LDoA

- Make Dungeons map travelable, once you've beaten them in Hard Mode and repaired the Asura Gates for them.
- Add to the Game the Cartographer's Chest and the Vanguisher Chest to make cartographing and vanguishing more rewardable and interestign to do
- Improve Cartographing Maps more to work like the Text Mod Files, with a new Money Sink. When you buy a "Traveler's Compass" and a "Empty Cartographer Map", you will see directly on the Maps, where you haven't been yet and this will add also to the maps, that you will get shown, how much % of a Map you have explored to see also direct on the map, how mucgh % is missing, so that you don't have to ever look onto the titles progress to get that information.

- Split all Skills into PvE and PvP-Versions, significantly buffing the PvE-Versions to become at maxed attributes more epic and having better Skill Synergies, that there will be no need anymore for PvE-Only Skills, like UB.
- Remove the primary role of monks/ritualists to be the survival ensurance in PVE and give the other professions more or better self heal skills.
- Create more content, that is either special for Solo Playing and/or Group Playing, but when for Group Playing, try to make the content epic and challenging, so that its trustworthy, that you need a Group for it and so that ALL classes can be in a Group useful and not only a handful of classes, what leads only to class discrimination, what is 1 main reason, why we have skills like UB. Class Discrimination shows in games ever best, that classes in a game are extreme unbalanced or compared to other classes just useless and no help.

- Remove all the boring clone skills and add skills, that are really missing in the game from the start on, like Conjure Earth for Eles, where you as player must ask yourself, if Anet was sleeping, when they missed to give the game these skills
- add to the game more interestign features like combo attacks, fusion magic and dual wielding certain weapons and in general improve the classes by giving them more attributes.
- add more of the missing weapon archetypes to the game (including some new professions) like Great Swords/Axes, Lances/Halberds, Kunais/Shuriken, Katars/Claws/Tonfas/Gloves(Gauntlets), Tessen/Gunsen(War Fans), Battle Staffs, Nunchakus/3 Section Staff, Boomerangs/Chakrams/Ring Blades, Morning Stars(Flail), Maces, Kusarigamas (Chain Sickles), Whips, Abusable Music Intruments, like Harps, Guitars, Cellos, Flutes
- give the game only Armors with unique Skins, no skin reusages.
- get rid of wannabe-professions and reconcept the Assassin, the paragon an the Dervish
- fuse existign professions as much as possible

- decrease the maximum death malus to -50% and increase the maximum morale to +25%, let received malus much faster decrease and morale slower increase

- Give PvE'ers also a Way to get with Pve Fame Point, until R3 at least, then R4+ must be done with PvP, that would count also for Gladiator and Champion Title
- add the missing realms of the gods to the game.
- Add more Factions to the Game, other then only Kurzick and Luxon, the Game needs really like 4-5 more factions and thus also alot more of competitive areas, like Fort Aspenwood and the Jade Quarry.

improve for example Polymock and give it more Figure Pieces, make it pvp playable, add to Rollerbeetle race more racing tracks, so that RBR gets like 18 Tracks and receives a World Championship Format ala Formula 1
- Add Costume Brawl and add to it more Characters with new Skill Sets
- For special Event you can create new Minigames, that are then for that year special and in the next months after the special event they become perma playable, when the player has unlocked them for Balthazar Points.
Say each MG would cost then 10000 Balthazar Points and once unlocked, they become chooseable onto one of the PvP-Islands of the ones, that has no Icon yet.

- Increase the amount of money, monsters drop, really ridiculous, how less money they drop, especially when you are in a party. it should be really vice versa, that you get alot more money/hour from dropped money

- Remove Loot Scaling
- Add more ressources for the ultra rare Minipets, their ridiculous prices MUST fall down drastically, they are the reason, why people cheat, buy gold from ebay and so on, make them more common and that problem will automatically stop or at least will get reduced significantly
- Give all items of NPC Sellers fixed prices, nothing has destroyed the economy of this game more, than this retarded Demand/Supply-Shit.

Hmm, thats all I can think of for possible changes in GW1, lots of stuff I'd love to see are just only possible in GW2 with its new Z-Axis, but that here would be imo all points I can imagine to make out of GW1 a much better Game, when not even the ultimate GW1.
As GW1 is atm with its all too much character based gameplay, its just crap. Far too much stuff you have to replay ever and ever again with your charas, making this game somewhat of a Grind Fest and unfriedly to play with more than 1 Character, because the game offers you EVER the feeling, that playing with more than 1 character is a big waste of time.
Beside that my intention is only, to give the game more possible content. Especially Factions is somewhat lacking on that, beign the smallest campaign that looks somewhat of half heartedly designed, like as if the developers were in a rush for their lifes, same with EotN, that looks also only, like a half clone of what we could have received with a 4th epic Ending Campaign of Utopia with interesting new Professions like the Chronomancer, which i hope will find at least now its way into GW2 then instead.
I give a shit on it, if someone now complains again about my long posting, this is a forum and no chat room, where you just poop out short sentences like a machine gun . Read it or let it, but don't flame me, when you are just too lazy to read longer texts, than max 5 liners.
About the other ever mentioned point, I've said it enough, I try my best...

Linked "Guild Wars" to the "www.guildwarsguru.com" forums. Messages from the forums will be randomly spammed into the local channel.
Removed all hero controls and enhanced heroes with a more "independent" AI. Heroes will now decide their own skill bar and can join PvP games by themselves. Heroes also have a unique emote. There's a 50% chance of every action they perform being this emote.
Added "Trainer Mode" - Trainer mode boosts you to rank 30 and replaces your armour with Obsidian Diapers. All Trainer Mode drops are gold and all kills result in a drop for all party members. Black dye is the only dye to drop in Trainer Mode.
Added "Disasters" - disasters occur in regions and give a percentage chance of any character residing in that region of being permanently killed (whether the player is online or off). Additional ranks have been added to the "Survivor" title track, along with a unique emote.
Guild Wars is now offline during weekends and holidays.

I think you missed the point of the thread. The changes are supposed to f*ck up the game so players get frustrated, not make the game better.
I would remove the 4 non core classes. Also monsters would have the ability to steal stuff from players.

Oh, oh, oh....All Sweet Tooth and Drunkard titles result in your character getting fatter. No matter how many "cures" are for sale in the game, the weight always comes back and your character is forced to buy two sets of armor. If you don't have a set of "fat" armor, your character suffers from "cracked armor" condition until you lose the weight. The only way to keep the weight of is by doing free Drok runs for low level characters or using /dance emote for at least 30 minutes per day. Don't forget to keep sugar and alcohol points below 10 a day of these efforts must be doubled.
EDIT: If your toon is overweight, they cannot access the secret cow level.

Make HM anti ursan.
Enviromental effect
If there is any ursans in your group and its HM you lose all exp, titles, and money and you are reset back to lvl 1.
reset all titles
ban starcraft as well
