Nice update, but not sure anything can make [symbolic strike] worth filling up my wars bar full of signets....

I agree wholeheartedly with the above statement. The only reason I can think of why Barbed Arrows works in such a way is because (and tell me if I'm wrong since I'm on some pain meds) a good deal of skills trigger with a Bleed condition.
Still though, it really doesn't make much sense. An A/R suffers absolutely no penalty when using Sharpen Daggers and can add another Preparation to boot.
Also, I'm incredibly irate about Ancestor's Rage and Splinter Weapon. I know this is kicking a dead horse, but it makes no sense to nerf profession staples in PvE when Ursan is still rampant.

Except the nerf to Ancestors and Splinter is for PvP only.

Only for PvP. The PvE version of the skills are unaffected by this nerf .

Got my reward points....now trying to decide if I use the keys or swap them for ecto.
Any one found any stealth updates that weren't mentioned in the notes?

HEY, your right. It's totally not fair that warriors can't heal other people, and that ritualists can't give deep wound OR daze!

Holy mc-crapola. Unfortunate hit to splinter weapon and Ancestors' isnt spike worthy now, rits out of GvG? Hello water flag runner?
Also, will antidote sig replace Mendtouch? with rangers moving back to /me?
Barbed arrows is STILL not a contender for Apply, but at least they've taken away the interuptable bit.
Sig mes gets a big old hit, shame really, I liked seeing that build.
Ele changes might make for some interesting builds.
On the whole, im not TOO fussed, liking the ranger buffs etc.

First and foremost, I don't play PvP. Therefore, nothing really make a difference on me what gets changed for PvP.
As for what PvE changes matter most to me:
- Nothing for my Warrior
- Nothing for my Mesmer
- Vile Miasma for my Necromancer is worth trying now.
- Arc Lightning for my Elementalist is worth trying now.
- Antidote Signet for Ranger heroes is worth trying now. Nothing for my Ranger.
Nonetheless, I always wondered if ANet takes into account how enemies get affected with the changes in PvE... or do they not care anymore?

mending touch is still going to be better in most cases. the faster cast and ability to remove from other ally kinda seals the deal.
antidote sig might be better in AB, where you don't care about your teammates and the 1s cast won't hurt you.

Quoted for truth.
And Antidote Signet finally looks like something worth putting on a bar.

The update is good because it doesn't break that game much more then it already was. For the rest it hardly does anything except missing the point. The only good thing I noticed is a nerf to MoI. All I hope is that none of the completely random and non-interesting buffs isn't going to cause problems later.
About Antidote Signet, Mending Touch is still better except when you need your secundairy for anything else. When a normal ranger bar looks like elite+savage+distracting+troll+poison+nstride+mtou ch+rez, the only way to make use of a different secundairy is dropping the rez. So I would just take mtouch over the signet any time.

Doubt it, mend touch has faster cast and can remove conditions on other, which is good for split.
