I think that its good that they added titles and cool professions. I actually miss more professions and good ways to farm. Especially becouse greens isnt worth anything no longer and ursans have taken the hole guildwars away from fun

The only grind in this game is the grind you make for yourself. There is not one single part of the game that you have to grind anything, for the game to be fun or beatable.

There is a big difference in what you "have" to do and what you "want" to do.

Holy [resurrection signet] batman! This thread is old. Nobody is forcing you unless you want crappy armor and no groups. Do you notice how people want Ursan which is no problem getting rank seven or eight, you basically fill a book, complete EoTN, and do maybe a couple grind sessions then you have it. If you have more than one character it becomes a grind.

Guild Wars does have grind, it's optional grind but only if you want an even more shallow PvE experience. Guild Wars just isn't a PvE game no matter how hard Anet tries to make it so. The PvE was always and is always going to be limited, just have to wait till Guild Wars 2.

I agree about the optional, but when everyone around you wants Ursan which I don't mind using anyway, it becomes a challenege to get a group that does it the old way. Once you've cleared FoW HM in under a hour then you see the point of Ursan. That's how it was for me at least.
