lol that would be pretty awesome to see. the GW community wouldn't know how to act and would be in mass chaos.

I remember when you couldn't flag your henchies... and they would become a quick snack when aggro'ing a group.

GUILD WAREZ WAS BALANCED?

OK, it probably never was, but dual ranger pressure was about as balanced as it got.

Yeah, there was no elitism in the beginning, everyone was on an equal footing.

I remember...getting pwned by two mobs with Dolyak Riders over and over again...in Iron Horse Mines.

A retro GW weekend - that would totally rock, just for larfs. I know it probably won't happen because of all the work/reverse programming it would take.

lol j/k j/k.

but... yea... remember when sorrows furnace was first implemented and dragos sundering was 100k+?

sorrow's furnace is a joke now, easy place with easy enemies (due to heroes, flagging, and numerous other reasons) i miss being a noob, the game was so much funner when you couldn't steam roll right through everything as if it were a childs playground.

Ugh, you had to play and gain experience to change attribute points. Wasn't it like 250xp per point or something like that? It's been awhile.

Superior Abs at 90k. Ha.

Remember when you sat in Abaddon's Mouth or Hell's Precipice for hours on end in vain attempts to get 2 Monks, and then failing the mission because of stupid PuG'ers not listening and screwing up?

I remember when there was no skill points. i think they were skill sigils, and they dropped of mobs. You then had to take them a NPC that collected them or something.

I dunno, that system wasn't around long... My memory is a little fuzzy and I didn't really get enough time to learn how that system worked.

BTW: This was beta testing

They took the attribute refund points out when they added Sorrow's Furnace, Sept 7 2005. The refund points sucked, you couldn't switch from a farming build to a playing/mission/quest build without spending a considerable amount of time killing mobs.
