Sold that for QUITE the penny.

Last autumn before the release of Nightfall got a Req 10 Golden Phoenix Blade 15^50 from a Raisu forbidden chest. Wanted this sword so bad kept on chest running until I got one. (Took like 60 keys)

I was never overly lucky with chests. From what I can remember, a req.9 15^50 Twin Hammer from a Phantom Chest and a req.9 inscribable Brute Sword were the best I found. I did get two purple crystallines from reward chests in the UW after "Restore the Monuments of Grenth" in the Ice Wastes.

Req.8 15^50 chaos axe in FoW (got like 400k from it)

Req.9 15^50 sephis axe (After like 200 darkstone keys)

Req 9 15/-5 Zodiac Sword with pathetic mods.

Sold it for 1.5mil here in High End and no I didn't even mod it. Worth maybe 100k now if that?

That's when OoX was holding HzH and they were not ferrying. Once the Deep was opened to all the Zodiac market went straight to the crapper.

my best drop was a r8 15^50 sephis axe from the hells precipice chest run about a week be4 nightfall came out. sold that for some money and got my FoW the day after.

Well, until Nightfall came out I considered it rather rare when I got a warrior weapon with a good req and 15>50.

I don't mind the Zodiac skin (it's not as candy-looking as Celestial--but I like some of the Celestial weapons too, so...

), but there are definitely other skins out there I prefer (like Oni).

22 months of playing: best drop accross all characters: 1 sup vigor.

Also of note, the most espensive drop. Maybe 2 hrs a night just isn't enough to find something good.

um...no you didn't.

All my chest drops have been bad, no lie. Probably HoH drops are my best, but even they are average :S

It's really hard to say. 700 chests opened or so and many items still scattered throughout my characters. I still use one I really like, though, that I got in Melandru's Hope (I think):

Beats me how someone got 20 million within 2 weeks of Guild Wars release. Even if you did get one they wouldnt have been worth 20 million that soon as noone would have been rich enough to drive the price up to that. I remember when 15>50 low req Crystalline swords at the beginning of Guild Wars' history would sell for 1 million ish as Nef bid around that and it was sold for that.

I see quite a few porkie pies being told in this thread as what is said contradicts with previous posts made on the drops in question.

Anway, for me I got Purple Dwarven Axe Req 11 14% (I think) While Hexed. I never get good drops but I really couldnt care less.

And a Req 13 Gold Max Dead Sword with a perfect fortitude handle. I modded it with a 15^50 and a 10/10 Furious hilt and it sold for 100k + 6 ectos.

Req. 9, 15>50 Fellblade from chest in Troll cave outside Droks. Max HP and enchanting mods, IIRC. I never had the heart to part with this, but still not customized.

Other than that, Req. 9, 15>50 Zodiac Longbow from The Deep sold for 100k.
