PvE is broken more. Ursan, Shadow Form still is usable, Imbagons, Sabway (minions giving energy...), poor design of elite areas.

PvE is broken big time. But I couldn't care less.
A few skills need a fix and prices get a boost because people can't play elite area's anymore without taking at least 3 hours to complete.
PvP is broken as well, which needs to be maintained/fixed.

ya but its imba with conjure stacking even if it hits 1 target. its the equivalent of eviscerate if it cost 5 energy, had 3 recharge, was on a warrior with 4 pips of energy regen, had sever arteries bleeding that covers the dw, and o yea if it was with an axe that does 100 damage crits.
also there are NPCs too to factor in, no?

PvE is infinately more broken than PvP, normally it just matters less. However, since the introduction of Ursan/SY I would say it's gameplay has in fact degraded to a greater degree than that of PvP.

^agreed, go ask the Raptor Nestlings which one they think is broken.
The PvE/PvP skill separation should help balance PvP, but it only degenerates the PvE side into complete imbaGodmode even more. There is not much on the PvE side that is a challenge.
PvP, eh, there will always be gimmicks, no matter what gets nerfed/buffed and there will always be people copying those gimmicks because they feel the fast/easy way is the best way.
Skill balance helps somehat, but a better Obs system and a better AT system would help out aswell.

Steal 5...25....50 Health from target foe for each condition you are suffering from (maximum 80)? It doesn't have a fast enough recharge to spam it to make it effective, and it's going to completely fk up your build if 4 or 5 people are going /N just for this.

(although there is some validity to the theory that ursan has kept more people playing GW that would have quit by now... of course it has led to many people quitting as well)

pve is unplayable cos there's no balance between skills ,(title pve skills are retarded and the divide has made even pvp skills broken).
consumables make skill less relevant than eating a cake.
only playable pve is presearing.
anyone playin GW pve now is better off in any other free grinding moorpg(rappelz,cabola,last chaos etc)....what made guildwars unique (skills >time) is not there anymore. ....and the game has been ruined (by listening to the farming vocal minority who wanted a farming game....and who were just playin the wrong game....and only chose gw cos it was free)
pvp has been neglected .....few and boring maps...no effective automated match making system....but GvsG , TA and RA are playbale and enjoyable gametypes....and the balance betweeen skills is not terrible.
other mmorpgs still dont come close to gw pvp. (although wow is catchin up with its arenas).
so i would say pvp is still in better shape...but its losing its edge .

Agreed, PvE grind titles not only gave players a large number of massively overpowered skills that turned PvE into a joke, they also made these skills a lot more efficient the more you grind; effectively turning the game into a grind fest.

I don't play PVP so I don't know, but I do like the way PVE is now with PVP/PVE seperation. If anything, its the forums that are broken by allowing people to whine about PVE skills needing nerfing, which is depressing to see all the time. I think anet did the right thing separating PVE/PVP because PVP skill balance always ruined PVE skills. Now we have people (Godlike Eliteists) that feel that anet should nerf some of these PVE skills which will only ruin the game for the many many people that enjoy using them. I have 3 years under my belt playing GW and I find that I am actually able to get more enjoyment out of the game because of these skills. For me, its these skills that still keep me playing GW, it makes it interesting and new. There are skills in the game that I absolutely hate, and guess what? I am not going to ask Anet to remove them or ruin them, I have respect for others and if they like the skill, then they are free to use it, I will simply choose the skills that I enjoy.
