This update did some good things. Shadowsteps and Mantra being fixed are those good things.

I guess the [[Chilling Victory] change was to hit the scythe ranger as they can't afford to spec into wind prayers.

Yeah, but that depends on the retardation level of your assassination target.
I like the death of shadowstepping. Good stuff.
I thought Chilling Victory and Mantra of Inscriptions were bugged. (Mantra got fixed, Chilling still hits the conditional regardless of anything)

Can we actually fix Paragons instead? They are still imbalanced as it stands.

Not really. It's a mechanic that destroys one of the major things in this game when it's been used; positioning. It's hard to fix a broken mechanic like that.

This confirms my suspicion that a-net is killing GW1 to ensure everyone buys GW2 upon release! First they are giving away all titles bij making HoM account based. Now we'r also getting account based title changes? Next month the amount of KoaBD rank 6 will rize by a factor 8! Good job A-net kill GW1 before G2 comes out........however i hope AoC is not as good as it seems to be.....cause with the release of GW2 so far away, more and more ppl are leaving GW alltogether and a-net might endup empty handed!
Seems like EotN sales have droped also; cause UB is finaly going to be nerfed.
I hope the rewards for a full HoM wont be a mini in GW2 cause at this rate they will be as common as the min pig....and i dont mean the celestial one!

Actually I like the super speed boost idea. Kind of what shadow step is.
Just leave it targeted so we can't use it for running.
That would be a buff the water eles tho, might want to look at them afterwards.

Moving a skill (Chilling Victory) from one attribute line to another for PvP only - now THAT's freaking hilarious. I'm sure that players won't be confused by this at all...
That has to be one of the worst skill changes I've seen in my 3+ years of GW. Absolutely terrible.

Actually I like it, it's destroyed one of the nastiest RA/TA builds I've ever seen next to the touch ranger. The escape scythe.

I have no problem with the move. I have a problem that they did not move it for PvE as well....having different PvE effects than PvP is entirely different than having skills in two different attribute lines based on what you play. That's simply silly and shows a lack of 'nads by the developers.

Seriously, though - how many people pay attention to those updates to see if their skill is still in the same freaking attribute line? Yes, I'll look to see if the damage/effectiveness has been changed...but do you think the normal player will be able to track how skills have moved from one attribute to another? Talk about confusion...

It keeps it strong in one and destroys a build in another. R/D's are used in PvE too, and it's just unnecessary to destroy the template there. (read: Anet refuses to nerf anything for PvE)

The updates are mostly ok. But I'm still confused why is Izzy still not doing anything about WS.
Edit: Just saw the armor glitch fixes , I hope they fix the male mesmer elite enchanter , norn , and elite canthan too.

The only thing that really needs to be done is have the condition order swapped.

Exactly, which is why sewing confusion (e.g. imagine a dozen or more skills in different attributes for PvE/PvP in the future. I'm gonna need a roadmap to figure out a build....hahaha) is more important to A-Net than ruffling a few players' feathers. Simply shows a total lack of courage by the developers, IMO.

It's only confusing if you don't pay attention, there are lots of resources you can use to make PvP builds now anyways.
Also CV will probably be the only skill like this.
And more than anything it shows that Anet is whipped by its playerbase.
