Very very difficult.

It's between these four:

[skill]frenzy[/skill] [skill]distracting shot[/skill] [skill]reversal of fortune[/skill] [skill]splinter weapon[/skill]

Probably Frenzy though.

[Dragon Slash] Always my favorite PvE skill, and was a decent PvP skill until every single monk has at least 3 blocking stances (minimum of 2 in gvg).

Either that or [Gale]; seeing as it's the best skill in the game.
