but i just need it to be more clearer. let's say when someone attack using dragon slash skill. will the damage from dragon slash be reduced as well, or is it just the damage from sword ?

Base damage. The only way to reduce the damage done by attack skills is from things that say "damage done to <person> is reduced by X/or X%". Or if they have any -X damage(phys) modifiers like the -5(20%) on shields or abosorbption runes/Knight's insigs. The bonus damage is otherwise unaffected.

Weakness is a condition that reduces the damage output of melee or ranged attackers by 66%, including melee attacks and attack skills.

Only base damage is affected..so your +28damage from dragon slash will still go through as normal. But the overall damage from the hit will be reduced as the standard 15-22 been cut by 66%. (sword ends up been 4.95 - 7.62 before gw rounds off [cant remember which way gw rounds these figures])

Wrong, attack skills are unaffected. Try it out sometime...

wouldnt the -1 to attributes also effect dmg output (lets say swormanship and strength) ;3

Yes it would lower the skill level by one, dropping it from +38 to +36 but it wont lower it by 66%. (assuming your running the standard 14 mastery lowered to 13 by weakness)

**note the 28 in the earlier post was a random number as its 6am

Base attack damage will be reduced by 66%. Also, the additional bonus damage from Dragon Slash will be reduced to 1 attribute lower and armor penetration from the attack will be lowered by 1%.
