You need twelve characters to post something in a thread.

If your message doesn't have enough characters, people use that and it usually meets the limit.

You can't make a post less than 12 characters long so people say that to string a short post out to the minimum length

With-in the hour for Anet could mean 59minutes, I can't face waiting till 1am with work tomorrow. At least I'll have a laugh over breakfast though

Let them nerf the chaos plains. never cared for there anyways. Hope you dont get your hopes on cashing in on ectos anytime soon.
