On a side note of luck, what's with Old Ascalon? I was doing some little farming runs (because I suck and find other areas harder >.>) and after about five random mobs of Grawl would be where the Elementals should have been. They were killing them. Bad luck or malicious coding? (Conspiracy theories are all the rage now ^.)

Got a Sapphire out there as well, that was nice.

It happens. Morale of the story life's a bitch.

Before i used to make money by selling gemsets. About 10 people got an armbrace with the first gemset they ever opened. When i used to open them i didint get anything. Same with z-keys. Got 1, needed money sold it. Guy whisps me thanking me so much...turns out he got eternal blade. What im saying is stuff like this happens. You just move on. A new day awaits with new possibilities.

Really though, I wonder how you can delete a character without noticing it. One of my friends did the same but I've always wondered HOW you could like, not notice it. High? Exhaustion? Drunk? REALLY not paying attention?

I understand merching stuff by mistake, happened to me a few times, I make sure my important items are equipped, are separated by a non-deletable object (mini pets make a nice separation) or are in storage now though...

Else my luck at having good drops (that sell for 75k-100k+) happen about once every 2 years. They're called rare weapons for a reason =P.
