I'm looking forward to getting MOX later today, as it's always good to have options when running H/H. This gives the option of running 3 dervishes.
Regina did an interview on xfire recently at PAX where she said they are now looking at finishing the trio for mesmers, paragons, sins and rits.

On topic:
He looks awesome, shame hes PvE only. Would've been cool to have one in PvP. Still, I can't think of any 3 Dervish PvE hero teams atm, but I'm sure I could whip one up.

Yes they picked 7 people randomly and told them via email all the juicy information that no one else knows just so people on forums could whine about it not being fair.
If we had anymore info it would have been posted, its not even half a day away just wait.

So lets get the community all excited by promising shiny new stuff, only to reveal later it'll only be a third Dervish hero no-one will use after the initial quest is done.
You know what a QQ-fest that would've spawned?
I think Anet did perfectly well marketing MOX. Regina told us directly after the news leaked out all GW-players would be able to get the golem, it's profession would be Dervish and it would be PvE only. No speculation possible, because keeping things in the dark would only cause massive flames and whining on the forums, as with every former 'mystery' update.

imo this was a bad idea, now every 1 is going to have a 15ft golem and your not going to be able to see any thing >.<
also how can metal bleed? says he will be susceptible to all conditions.

Bleeding - the golem uses hydraulics, so he's losing hydraulic fluid.
Disease - rusting.
Cripple - had a few servo connectors snapped in its' legs.
Poison - software virus?
Blinded - optical sensors obscured.
Cracked armour - err......his armour is cracked.
Dazed - ?
Something along those lines....
[edit] forgot about Deep Wound....open to suggestions.

This is a fantasy game. Fantasy creatures can bleed however your brilliant mind can conceive rationale.
I for one probably won't be using him. I barely use my existing heroes as it is.

"...the ultimate in magic, mechanised party protection."
Ultimate in Magic AND Party Protection is a dervish?
Damn! We've been all playing the wrong class!

Seriously, I don't see why the hype about M.O.X being a dervish is there.
If it was a mesmer, people would ask why isn't it a dervish a sin a rit a para?
If it was a sin, people would ask why isn't it a mesmer a dervish a rit a para?
And the list goes on.
Man's avarice knows no bounds.
Stop complaining about something which isn't owed to us.

The asura made golems to be "...the ultimate in magic, mechanised party protection."
This is why you are given three golems in Destruction Depths mission.
Try reading up on lore for once before making a rather bad attempt at sarcasm.

It’s the people who complain about getting free content, which screwed our chances at getting one last big chapter of a campaign for GW 1. Instead of getting that sub-par version of a campaign called EotN. Now we have to sit around and twiddle our thumbs waiting until probably late 2010 or early 2011 for GW 2.
On that note, I am looking forward to MOX because he is one of my favorite professions. In which I will utilize him to his maximum potential, more so then just using the typical warrior hero.

Well, that'll teach em to bring out male heroes...they should really bring out heroes that are hot chicks like Livia and Jora...you'll use em just cause they are hot....works for me.
