well... she was only the community relations person for guild wars... what do you really expect? she's already stated she has multiple accounts and many characters, so don't you think she would change accounts if she didn't want to be recognised or contacted?
she probably thinks its nice that players still have her on their friends list and say hello when they see her online :P

I'm sure she knows that Gaile Grey account name has been 'friended by just about everyone, and that she probably has a second account with toons she plays regularly, on a name that no one but her rl friends know about. But then again, i'm only speculating.
