Yes, RPs are still majorly screwed up.

Last month my wife and I made identical predictions, I received 130 points and she received 55. She sent a question via the form at PlayNC and was told it would be "looked into". We expected it would be fixed with the next update since a lot of people were complaining about receiving no points at all.

This month, again, we made identical predictions. I received 80 points, and again she received 55. She just updated her question at PlayNC but we're really not sure if it'll be tended to or not, since it's been almost a month since hearing from them last.

they must want every person in pvp to have to bring frigid armor or some other stupid skill from all of the OP burning now.

WTF, now you got VoR spammed on entire parties that cant relieve themselves of buring because of the GD OPness.

RA: Srs bsns.

Good update overall, I would have liked to have seen BB req. 13 hammer for 4 seconds, but whatever.

HOLY CRAP! Nice update. Seriously. 3 years too late for some (Leah Stone's pathing and speed issues) but better late than never.

- Fixed a bug that caused some high-end weapons to be created without an inscription slot if they had the Deathbane property. (Bit too late for me, but I'm glad it's fixed x])
- Fixed a bug that caused Heroes to occasionally start casting and canceling skills repeatedly when their target was moving away from their position. (Well wow, slightly smarter AI! Now just need to improve their target-following abilities and we're gonna be good for a while.)
- Removed Iron Mist from Gadd. (Thanks, was incredibly annoying).

Heres' the link to Lindsey's blog thingie; http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/User:...urdock/Journal

Please notice that there are no specific details regardin what the "title rebalancing" will entail. The only definite things she said was that she was hoping for a NOVEMBER release, it wold affect many areas of the game, and that she was looking at luxon/kurzick titles. So all of the "acount wide treasure/wisdom titles," "nerfing HFFF farming," etc. talk is pure speculation and has no real basis in fact.

On topic: They fixed Leah Stone? I'm SHOCKED!! Now to go find out if they actually did fix the henchies.

I agree that the tourny points are messed up, but for me, it was positive My predictions turned out pretty badly, so I should have had barely enough to get 50 rp, but I got 80....Forgot to even do the august predictions, so I know that it isn't one of the late rewards. Not complaining though, 6 free z keys is always a good thing.

[QUOTE=Azazel The Assassin;4292924]
Yeah, it got buffed because Incendiary overpowered Burning. It was basically the same burning time, and Incendiary was spammable, and spread to up to 3 enemies. Burning did decent damage and the same burning rate, with longer recharge.

Now IA and BA are balanced to each other (similar recharge rates, BA is longer burning and decent damage, IA is decent length and spreads with a preparation *unlike Barrage*).
/QUOTE]

It's hardly a buff. People usually run 14-10-10 attribute spread for BA which will now give you 5 seconds of burning instead of 4. IA took a slight hit, but it's not really like anyone spammed it on recharge anyway (if they did, a lot of key things would not be interrupted).

So a few months after I go back and get my protector of tyria title (the NM one), they finally decide to fix Leah. Better late than never I suppose.

Still I wonder what took them so long and if there are any other vastly delayed minor fixes like that coming.

Hehe, people disappointed at an ArenaNet patch.

Why get hopes up in the first place?

It's ArenaNet.
