Poor update was pood. It fixed SOME things, like bb sins had to go, however much much more overpowered shit still remains. This update will do nothing to fix the borked meta.
-The unnecessary buffs to necro enchantment removal skills still remain despite overwhelming evidence that there was nothing wrong with them.
-VoR ? FF ? Lame ? PS ? WS ? WoH ? ED ?
And yet another update barely scratches the surface.

I can only say that I received my Tournament Points from Kun Shao with a 5 minute countdown. No problems at all.
I have to go redo Abbadon's, just to watch Leah walk faster.

Glad Im not the only one who is rather miffed that they decide to nerf things like IA while the one skill monk insanity continues

I like this... people used to complain BA was broken, anet didnt touch it. IA comes out and they buff BA... lol
Dunno if the 5 recharge is going to kill IA, but I think it will...
@ Leah... Ironically I did that mission on wednesday....

Initially I thought this, but I just tested it out and it's still viable with 6 in hammer (3s) if you're very quick and 12 in hammer (4s) with 11+1 dagger and 8+1 critical. The nerf to FGJ is pretty big, but 8s is still plenty of time to charge up your first combo and if the combo goes off, it mostly charges up the next BB without FGJ going. I don't think this is the end of BB sin, it's still a lol powerful spike.

* Fixed a bug that caused some high-end weapons to be created without an inscription slot if they had the Deathbane property.
* Fixed a bug that caused Heroes to occasionally start casting and canceling skills repeatedly when their target was moving away from their position.
* Fixed a bug that sometimes caused Leah Stone to disappear before reaching her final resting place.
* When any of these skills complete, the target will now resurrect quicker: Rebirth, Sunspear Rebirth Signet, and dismissal of Unyielding Aura.
* Tormented Weapons can now be placed in the Hall of Monuments.
* Removed Iron Mist from Gadd.
* Streamlined Leah Stone's path and increased her speed for the bonus in Abaddon's Mouth

Good update, although I mourn the little nerf to IA, i guess it was needed.
They really want people to start using fire eles in pvp again I guess, I am kinda bored of water eles.

dammit though. Why didn't they nerf IA PvP version? What happened to all those PvP/PvE balance splits? I never even got to use it and thats why I made a ranger

Hawk, sorry, but you got your months mixed up. Title changes are NEXT MONTH, in November! :P

1. HFFF will be next week. 2. FGJ should have been PvE, more so then PvP. Much more so.

Yeah, it got buffed because Incendiary overpowered Burning. It was basically the same burning time, and Incendiary was spammable, and spread to up to 3 enemies. Burning did decent damage and the same burning rate, with longer recharge.
Now IA and BA are balanced to each other (similar recharge rates, BA is longer burning and decent damage, IA is decent length and spreads with a preparation *unlike Barrage*).
Off-topic: I LOL'd at the 10 Update threads that popped up within 20 minutes of each other.
On-topic: FINALLY GADD GOT NERFED! HAH! Less annoyance for Finding the Bloodstone and G.O.L.E.M.'s right side waves.
Leah finally got her speed boost too ^^

People need to check their RP points carefully - I have noted several discrepancies on the ones I was expecting (I have my own spreadsheet - I know nerdy).
What finally decided it was though was an account that didnt get last months. I was due 130 from last month and 155 from this month and I got "4".. not only is this not what I expected, but it is an impossible reward to get from Xunlai.

Linsey's last two posts in her journal, 10/1 and 9/25, have both mentioned possible changes to titles, and their associated grind. No specifics on which titles were given, but she said it would likely go live in November. It's likely that her use of the phrase: "big title rebalance," and this: "Because I am trying to hit so many different areas of the game, this is going to be a pretty big update." are responsible for some inflated expectations.
I actually have seen no mention of a specific time for any HoM update beyond the Tormented weapons we got today, but Linsey has said twice now that some form of title update is in the works, with a projected release sometime in November.
Can someone, preferably the OP, post the relevant portions of the developer update to the first post?
