Indeed, wear whatever the hell you like but don't offend our eyes and sensibilities by selling that shit in the online store.
P.S. fixed spelling for you.

(This may differ in your respective contry/state) Sporting shirts give off an aura of a beer drinking, lazy individual who's spous/roomate etc is the one who has to do the cleaning/housework because you're too busy being lazy watching footy re-runs with your mates. Too much team love is not a good thing.
Now: a GAMING shirt simply gives off the message "I have no life; this game is it. I've never learned a thing about fashion. My mum still buys my clothes and washes my undies."

I'm gonna be blunt about it: but this is pretty superficial. I guess it differs from region to region, country to country... but in my mom's hometown, yes if I wear a game T-shirt I'm gonna appear like a little kid who lives in his mom's basement, or someone who's not serious about life. And of course, in the same place, girls are looked waaay down if they're not dressed up with the latest fashion craze and slim as a pipe-man... well pipe-woman I could say. Then again it's very community-centered and if you don't fit in right away you're gonna be an outcast for a long while. (Of course I'm an outcast for some given I'm not from the area, but to others, since I'm the son of a community member, I'm one of theirs)
In Montreal, if I wear a band or game T-shirt, I'll just melt in the crowd. Not saying everyone has, but I meet up with a lot of people of my age range (I'm 23) wearing those, and no one starts to assume on how you're violent if you like metal music, or a no-lifer if you're into video games. There was a bunch of Spanish dudes dressed like thugs in the bus the other day, and a Spanish-speaking businessman asked them how far was some stop. They answered him very politely (from what I gathered, they spoke half-English half-Spanish) and thanked the bus driver as they exited.
Can't always judge a book by its cover.
Of course there are exceptions, like I wouldn't give a very good impression if I showed up at a job interview in my gray jogging pants and my old KoRn T-shirt with holes as big as my fist in it...

Oh I'm not disagreeing with you there. It is totally superficial, but unfortunately that's how human beings work. We make immediate judgments based solely on appearance/attitude/manner etc. What you choose to wear reflects all these things at once, and while you may be a completely different person to how you are originally perceived, the fact is simply that you WILL be perceived a certain way depending on what you have chosen to wear.

QFT. Wear what you like. But don't be surprised if you're not immediately attractive to the other sex wearing your Guild Wars shirt. My old "Dungeon Masters" t-shirt was never a good choice when I went bar hopping...

Same. I pretty much switch between two different guilds now (the lore freaks guild I'm in now, and a guild my friends made).
Also, that Diablo 3 shirt made me rofl. I'd almost wear that myself.
Anyways, back on topic:
I wouldn't mind getting the option, as long as the price is more then the manufacturing cost (which would be obvious). However, I wouldn't wear it. I might buy one just to wear when going to gaming conventions, which I have been to 0 so far. But I'd rather wear that Charr shirt that was mentioned before.
You might get me to buy a shirt with my guild cape if they bring in more guild designs, both emblems and backgrounds. And I get a good combination. I would not wear something that has a Kurzick symbol and all that stuff like in the OP. Name, maybe, some of my character names I like a lot so wouldn't mind wearing one, but all that extra "info," no, just no.
Also, it would depend on how they put the guild cape on the shirt. If they make a picture of the cape and stick that in or something, no no no. If they have the emblem with the background matching the cape (i.e., the shirt design won't have any cape boarders), then most likely, especially if Guild Wars isn't in big letters (just small letters would do).
That I would wear. And to those who say "wearing gaming shirts are for nerds." If you argue that then I will say "wearing a shirt with any design/logo are for fanboys." No one cares if people wear shirts with logos.
After all, I saw a girl a while back wearing a Naruto jacket (exact replica of his pathetic one in the show). And I saw my class mates oogling her. So yeah, people don't really care about what you wear in that idea...

Incorrect. You may like to think that you don't make superficial judgements but everyone does. You can't actually tell me that if you go out of an evening, see a girl in a dress so short you can see her bra, and a tube top that pretty much has her tits falling out you don't make an immediate assumption.
You see someone walking down the street wearing a Ramones shirt you automatically think they're a fan. This could be true, or untrue. Ramones shirts are now fashion items and most people wearing them haven't even heard of the band.
Walking down the street if you saw a guy in a gaming shirt you'd automatically assume he was a gamer. While in most cases this is true it's still a superficial value judgment.
With each of these immediate assumptions (and trust me; if you have any brain function you make them - even in the tiniest insect species) comes a deeper assumption of how you've come to view these things in your life. These assumptions will differ from person to person, but they are still present. If you've had pleasant experiences with gamers for instance you will see their chosen dress as a positive thing and be more willing to begin an acquaintance with them. If your experience with gaming/gamers in general has been a negative one this chosen dress will immediately put you on your guard and basically remove any chance of acquaintance with this person.
Your experiences will shape the judgements you make of other people, but don't assume you don't make them. That's just naive. If we didn't make immediate judgments we would have no filtering system. Your dress, manner, demeanor, carriage; everything projects a certain image. People are visually and mentally stimulated by this image which causes value judgments; which can be either positive or negative. To argue otherwise is simply naive, and frankly delusional. Everyone likes to think they're the angel who doesn't makke judgments, but everything you do, every day you live you make judgments. Not only on people but on everything you interract with.

A t-shirt with a guild emblem is the dumbest idea ever...
Now if i could buy an actual cape that matches my GW cape, i would wear that everywhere. If someone at work asks me why im wearing a cape ill just reply "Im bringing it back"

1 question: how many of you when you ordered your copy of factions or nightfall also got a t-shirt with your game? I did. now 1 more question? How many of you wear it? I do. I kinda like the idea myself...some info I would leave off of course..titles and stuff like that..but since my guild cape is rather simple but elegant, yea, I would wear it. After all, by the looks of the link, you DO have the option to put on the shirt what ever you choose. It may not be a BIG seller, but can we honestly say some of the other mechandise that is offered a BIG seller?

If ANet sent me a GWAMM tshirt or cape for achieving the prestigious title of GWAMM then GWAMM would be a little more worth the effort.
