I got reported today by some guy for using curse words... (not even AT someone, but just being silly) I tried to PM him telling me he didn't have to report me because he should turn on his chat filter if he doesn't like cursing but he had me on ignore also lol

Yeah, I've seen that a lot Arching.

People keep saying to report people who use golems and stand in front of the king.

While it is kinda silly
1) why does it matter if you see the king or not... it doesn't
2) all those people are often using violent, threatening language to tell the golems to move

I've actually started reporting the people who are threatening the guys in Golems, just because half the time they are being far more offensive and inappropriate then the Golemites.

I have had to change over a dozen names over the past year.

I have been banned twice for inappropriate names

My Derv was Jizon Diface then The Grimm Reapist and now i cant play on him until i change him again(i refuse to change his name again so i havent been able to play on him)

My female ele was I Peace Fire then Burns Wen I Pee and now its Kersplat U R Snuked

My rit used to be Kok Tease then Eta Cameltoe and now she is Whipsn Chains

My warrior was God Donkeypunches then Don Key Punch now he is also between names

My monk was Douche Baggins then Master Itchy Palm now i refuse to change it again so he is unplayable in pre searing

my Necro used to be Bloody Beav then Menstra Flow now she is Ivonna Bleedonu

I had a pvp warrior named Sheet Bawls then Harry Balzach then i just deleted him out of disappointment

But there are 2 names that i refuse to change because i dont think they are inappropriate at all The Grimm Reapist and Master Itchy Palm
I just need to find out who i can complain to to lift the change from them

There was an Argument, wether or not you should be aloud to Slap/Hit a woman back if she hits you...well i clearly AGREE with SELF DEFENSE, so i said "yes you should be allowed" <<exactly like that and was banned for 73hours, when the person who reported me(openly admitted it) was calling me very nasty and derogative names my guildies seen him in the same town the next day, wich leads me to think A-Net doest read reports they roll a Yes/No(Ban/dont ban) dice..

oh and a guildie of mine who is Muslim, had a name, "I Am Allah" got his account permanantly banned, when his real name is allah....A-Net should dtop cattering to the 12yr olds who can type /report <your name>

Back when they told everyone to use trade chat instead of all chat for trading and when saying things like "WTS" in all would auto change it to trade chat.
Anywho, I told my buddy that saying "WTS" in all chat changes it to trade chat. We were in the deserted Ember Light Camp, and we said WTB twice or so and the one other person in the district decided that it was some great crime.

Still a jerk thing to do because it interferes with the "gaming experience" of others. These definitely bothered me, because I only see The Mad King twice a year and he is pleasing to the eyes. :P

Usually when someone reports you for something retarded they say "I'm reporting you!" as if reporting you would do anything.

I followed someone around ascalon using the /highfive emote. Apparently that caused great distress to them a few others and the told me they reported me lawl.

I've been banned multiple times for language. Listen people, my French may be terrible BUT IT ISN'T A HATECRIME damn.

Oh, and the whole swearing thing. Dunno why I should be getting banned just because other people chose to turn off their filter.

Also one time I got banned as I was typing my way through the Iliad in LA. Apparently Homer and I conspired to create melodious spam!

I have received bans for the following names:
Captain Dong
Admiral Dong
Circle Jack (though they didn't notice that name the first time)

And best of all: Phallic Reference - that one still makes me laugh to this day.

Oddly enough guild names involving "Pen Island" are fine (see Guild of the week articles).
