Looks like a lot of people embraced the "dress-up in armor" idea that won last year. Some good looking art though. I wasn't anticipating this high quality given the prizes this year.
Congrats to the winners.

Nice winners. Maybe I should've learned how to make costumes :P I'm happy my quick little painting got me a finalist spot.

I thought I would get second place, I put countless hours and it took over a month to make. I used a real chainmaille pattern the European 4-in-1 I coiled and cut the coils by hand. It was the very first time that I had ever tried something like this.
and I made a blog from start to finish. http://zehnchu1.blogspot.com

So this is a halloween contest right? so the art is supposed to have a halloween theme right? , So what has some girl dressed as a mesmer ,some guy dressed as a ranger and some kid dressed as Gwen got to do with halloween , the only thing scary about those is the fact that there are people who would take time to dress up as Guild wars characters, and in public xD

Those were some outstanding entries this year. I'm glad I didn't have to choose. GZ to all the winners...
P.S. - Gwen really was amazing.

THIS should have made top10 of winners. But I really appreciate its greatness since seeing the amount of detail and work it took, which can unfortunately easily be misjudged if looking only at the final picture.

Dang it, not even an honorable mention.
Oh well, Congratulations to those that won. And I especially liked The Serum Ad And Second Place.
I am of the mind, though, that the costumes should get their own contest or section. And yeah that scarecrow picture seems like an incredible ripoff. o.0
