I haven't read this whole thread, so it's probably been mentioned. I hate that "perfect" weapons are so readily attainable. To me, the hallmark of any role playing game is that you slowly work your way up to the most powerful weapons and skills.

I hate the people who bought GW without knowing shit about it. Then go on to complain about the very game design and mechanics that were touted as key core elements - the very same things that attracted the original playerbase to begin with. Ignorance this deep can only be uprooted with a zealous use of fire and shotgun shells.
The only things worse than these people, as far as GW is concerned, were the decisions by Anet to allow this scourge of a group to lead their successful experiment with amazing potential away from a road of inexplicable 'incredible-ness' and instead headfirst off the cliff of half-assed me-too-ism.
Some examples of what was talking about in first paragragh:
Ease of accessibility to max equip
Importance of improving player skill rather than relying on stronger items
Talent over time philosophy
General focus on the casual MMO/competitive gamer
The level cap
Eight skills per bar

There are only three things that I really really hate about this game.
1) That people can set their status to offline or 'do not disturb,' but still continue messaging other people, usually with something bothersome.
2) That RA synching is still prevalent and, even if reported, has nothing done against it.
3) That people tout titles as proof that a player has skill, rather than the truth of them having way too much time to waste on grinding.
And just a side note, that the people in control of skill balancing are a bunch of twat mongering asshats who should be shot before they ruin the game much further... That's all.

Nobbs in AB that dont show rank; but call you a noob when you refuse to ping your build! I know faction can also be gained by hfff, so rank does not say much; but still. My build is just that mine! And it rocks cause plenty of players on both sides have complimented me in game. I put much effort in creating it;and would rather leave/ get cicked than give it away.

Hahahaaa. You do realise that everyone and their mother can watch whatever skills you use once in battle, right ?
Oh, and I don't hate, but people like you annoy me. They waste your time by requiring you to invite AND kick them...

You wish to keep your build secret, but you're aware you're getting complimented by players who don't grasp the basic game components? Sounds bad. Especially since if you're getting complimented they know what your bar is.
Players like this make me lol.

I hate noobs who think they have somehow invented something special that they will gain an advantage by hiding. I'm sure your secret build is so much better then anything a half decent player could throw together in 5 minutes. Maybe you should go Here and copyright your build. Its obviously totally unique and only you should be allowed to play it. Nevermind the fact that 99.9% of secret builds are made of fail. Teams should take you, a complete stranger, into their group on nothing more then their complete trust in a random person who says their build is good.
On the other hand, I love noobs who try to call other people noobs but instead call them nobbs. Very funny.

While there's nothing I can say I outright HATE (aside from Litthe Thom), there are a few things that drive me up the wall. They've probably been mentioned back and forth, but here goes again.
First- the trading system. If I want to sell or buy something, I do NOT want to hang around Lion's Arch or wherever, spamming "WTS/WTB _______"" for three hours straight. That was the one thing I really liked in World of Warcraft. You toss up what you want to sell, stick a price tag to it, then skip along your merry way to do things other than stand around and spam things.
Second- people who run around with highly uncreative/terrible builds and call it the best thing ever.
Third- lack of paragon love. Those poor, poor paragons.

I wouldn't call it hate, but I don't like the fact that GW-gear is "mundane" and non-extraordinary. The only thing that differentiates one weapon from the other is the graphics. Otherwise they are all completely bland stats-wise. Yes, I know GW-gear was designed this way with PVP in mind so that no one has a decided edge over the other, but now that skills have distinct PvP/PvE stats, why can't this be extended to gear?
I would love to see PvE-only items that grant clickable or proc's effects that are completely unique (A bow that adds +2 archery and has a 20% chance to barrage while auto-attacking, daggers that add +2 to dagger mastery that can inflict poison degen 20%, etc...). Such items will add more depth to pve without impacting pvp. It would definitely add a new dimension to GW gear that is present in other MMO's like WoW, EQ, D2, etc...
Such items would have regular stats in PVP to maintain balance. They would have to be difficult to obtain (present only in elite zones, requiring involved quests, etc...), but they would give PVE GW players something else to shoot for.

I hate people hating... oh wait
In all seriousness, I could say noobs, newbs and such... but it's not their fault. I mostly dislike the attitude of people that give up as soon as something goes wrong or is not perfect from the beginning. Where's the challenge in winning stuff without any noticeable resistance?

I agree, the story and a lot of the dialogue is really quite weak.

The player base largely irritates me... In particular I dislike the wannabe awesome nub players.
The wammos in full obby armor who stand in RA with endure pain, defy pain, lions comfort, mending, healing breeze, and mending touch then brag about how nothing can kill them yet their damage output is equivalent to that of a critter you didn't kill in 1 hit.
The fire eles that use meteor shower on single mob pulls in PvE.
The sin that shadow steps 3-4 bubbles away and then screams, 'omfg nub monk couldn't keep me up' and ragequits immediately after being rezzed.
The guy who bought a few million gold, was run through the entire game, bought all the titles, has GWAMM, and can't outplay someone in non-max armor who actually played through the game.
Those people agitate me.
