It doesn't mean that they aren't publishing anymore. Belonging to an organization that charges a high membership fee for a company that has had its profits sliced in 1/2, it only makes sense to cut costs there.

There leaving the stupid ESA organization with their new nazi-manager. There not leaving the "game biz".

Even if NCSoft quits there are enough company that would instantly buy over ArenaNet
